We wanted to stop in here for lunch and found the most amazing butcher shop!First, the quality of the meat, and the knowledge of everyone there, is outstanding! They were able to answer every question we had and made some wonderful recommendations! We left with some short ribs and pork chops and look forward to stopping by again for more! The variety is excellent!While we were there, we also had hamburgers, and they were the best hamburgers we think we've ever had. The quality of the meat was excellent, they were well seasoned, and the toppings were delicious!We would highly recommend Butcher's Son for lunch or to buy some meat for an amazing meal later!

Super solid burger joint right on Market Street in Corning. Easy parking, fast service made fresh. Cameron the owner is a great guy and very friendly. Hand made every step of the way. Can’t beat it!
