“Searched for a local Steeler bar and this one was recommended! I’m so happy we spent our evening there! The food was good, the staff was friendly and welcoming, it was warm and comfortable and the Steelers won!!!! I highly recommend this place!“

“Pretty sad Pizza place twice now we have ordered pizza from this place and twice have been told allegedly we called Horseheads clearly we called your 562 7000 number as it states on Google but avail no pizza..very rude man behind counter denying I called that store almost to the point of yelling no you called Horseheads when I did not. Get your s×!t together and maybe clean your alleged store!! will never be going back! plus side I called Horseheads and she was very friendly and denied ever receiving our call verifying that it was Big Flats and they do it alot! Proof in the pudding that it was your pizza place called! Thanks for making my kids go without dinner till 730 because I had to call aniellios and wait another 30 mins for dinner!!!“

“F bombs is unprofessional!! two coworkers...no three were fighting and arguing for a whole 10-15 mins f bombing and using the N word while I and another gentleman waited for our mobile orders. Where is they're manager or boss?!? they act like children. They all have attitude issues. I'm disgusted and probably never going there again. I wish they were wearing name tags or something would put they're names up here on my complaint. I didn't need to hear three workers having a debate about one not cleaning up after each other and doing all the work while the other just goes a smokes outside. This is so unprofessional!! I hope there manager or boss sees this. Check the cameras a little before 5pm and you'll see them fighting. This happened on May 23, 2015. at the Dover KFC near Safeway the store. Thank you!!!!“
