Skimpy. All I gotta say. The past three times I’ve been here to this location, I get white rice and I get a scoop. Every other location is two maybe a little more. Every other location at least gives you enough rice to fill the bottom of the bowl. This time I even asked for extra white rice and it looked like the normal amount at any other location.

Not sure why the serving sizes are any different here.

I’m going to start on a positive note. The staff were very nice and the place was pretty clean. The food tasted delicious as always, but… the portion sizes were laughable. I’ve been to chipotle in different towns and different states and the appeal is that the burritos are bursting at the seams and the bowls are over full. I feel like I got scammed at this point. Over $20 for a burrito half the size it should be and a half full bowl for my daughter. I had like 8 pieces of meat total in my burrito and the tiniest scoop of rice. It was more corn than anything. And my daughter’s bowl had more tomatoes on top than it had of meat or rice. Not sure why this location is so skimpy on the food. It was Not worth the price.

The food tasted good. They are over priced and the staff admittedly said that they were not properly trained. They were nowhere of what was in a bowl I selected from their online menu and charged extra for items said it included and forgot ingredients in my kids food. A bowl, burrito, and kids quesadilla was almost $40.00. The staff was friendly but could be more enforced.

food is amazing and service was 10/10. i recommend to stay away from mobile ordering for a few weeks and just wait in line, way faster. cora was so nice at the register!!

Clouded Poetry

Super disappointed! Food was cold even though just picking it up after waiting 30 mins for the order to finish being made. Paid extra for queso and no queso. Ordered chips and queso as well and got stale chips with no queso. The bowl ordered was super skimpy with only 5 pieces of meat and barely any cheese but was absolutely loaded with just pico :| Not what I expect for 25 dollars with a tip. Will not be back.

Moe Far

Waited 90 mins to get my food that was ordered online 5 hours earlier.
Had to talk to 3 people to get some traction where my food was.
3rd person was finally able to find the lost receipt.
Made the food entirely wrong, a splash of meat and rice per plate as if it was tariffed per scoop and we paid for extra meat and asked for extra rice.
Didnt give us the tortilla with our bowls
Didnt give us the side chimmichuri we paid for.
Didnt include the tomato salsa because the mobile order and in-store order bars were not able to exchange food for refills.

Logged a complaint to Chipotle to receive a ServiceNow comment back saying they passed the info on and wont be looking to make it right. Its one thing for them to be new and inexperienced, its another thing for them to not care to do anything about the terrible service.

Id rather travel the 30-60 mins to the other Chipotle locations if this is how you get treated locally.

The young staff at this restaurant are working hard and deserve recognition for their effort. Its a small place with big crowds, lots of orders and new, young staff with no idea the volume of sales the business would draw in the first week. Give them a chance. The food quality was great. The staff were working and polite. The waits are long but, when the volume of sales drop off, they will be able to keep up and have had a crash course on the duties.

Edited - In the initial days, the service took a while. We had to wait an hour or more for a pick-up order. I gave this location another shot and I'm surprised they improved a lot. My order is on time. The quality of the food is great and quantity is ample. I would definitely recommend this place. Do check out with your friends and family. Weekends can get crowded, so prepare yourself beforehand.

Okay first I have to give the benefit of the doubt that this store just opened up two days ago. They don’t quite have their bearings yet. Placed a mobile order at 7:15 for them to say my order will be ready by 8:10. Arrived at 8:10, they didn’t even have the 6:30 orders started. When we did get our food, 3 hours after it was placed, the portions were VERY small. Definitely not worth the price you pay. I know there have been concerns regarding all of these issues with other people, I just hope they are addressed and fixed with this location specifically as I have had no other issues with the other Chipotle locations I’ve visited.
