Not sure what happened when I went. I saw all the great reviews. I ordered eggs with bacon and home fries. Bacon was tissue paper thin (looked like the precooked microwave type). Home fries were white looking like they were afraid of the grill or seasonings. The color you see is hot sauce and pepper I added. My wife got the steak bagel sandwich, bagel was cold and if you look hard enough you can spot some pieces of the meat.

Before going to the restaurant, we ensured we had money because we saw on the website that they only accepted cash. So please if you are going to have breakfast here make sure to bring cash or you can get cash at the ATM in the pizzeria next door to the restaurant.
My family and I had a great experience. The ambience was very homey. I felt like I stepped into my grandma's house for breakfast. The waitress was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was at a very reasonable price and delicious. If you're in town I would recommend this place. It is welcoming and family-friendly.

Very good food at an affordable price. The omelette set and the coffee cinnamon cake were delicious and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and it’s a nice place to grab breakfast. Side note, there’s an awesome display of the owner’s Pyrex collection which was cool to look at! (Cash Only)

Perfect breakfast place! I had the Piggy Back and it was exactly what I wanted to eat. The restaurant was so clean and I loved that the served everything on Pyrex. Prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious. I will absolutely come back again!

The old lady who owns the restaurant was EXTREMELY rude to my whole family, the minute we walked in everyone stared at us as though we didn’t belong. Firstly, they refused to sit us all together and tried to split us on different parts of the restaurant. All we asked was to move a single chair. When they finally agreed, we informed the server that we had a small, muzzled, silent dog in a carrier that we were going to put in the elevated seating area such that we were surrounding her and she didn’t bother anyone in the restaurant. This, apparently, was not good enough, because the owner angrily shuffled over with her walker and YELLED at us, saying we can’t have a dog unless it’s a service dog. This would have been fine, if not for the yelling, and we tried to explain that the dog was muzzled and won’t bother anyone. She said, in a very ugly way “I DONT CARE!!! YOU CAN’T HAVE A DOG HERE!!!” before we could even get the whole sentence out. This restaurant is about family first? We came to eat brunch after a wedding— three families saying goodbye to each other and because of the staring, attempted separation, and gremlin Donna, we couldn’t even say goodbye to each other. If you want good food on market street, go to Babes Bagels and Beans. In fact, I’m certain ANY restaurant will have better food, because food coming from Donna has no love left in it.

I was stared at by absolutely everyone in the establishment the moment I walked in. Not only was our server staring at me when talked to my family, but as I sat down to eat with my family, I continued to get stared at by staff behind the counter. I ended up having to leave because of how unbelievably uncomfortable I was, leaving my family on their own to eat. Please take your business down to the cafe on the next block, they were welcoming and did NOT stare as if I was an alien or something.
