Small, quaint restaurant with great food. Desserts looked awesome but did not try any. If you like pyrex/ corning ware, this place is a must-see. Vintage sets decorate the walls. Owner is great and a historian/ collector of decor.

That's saying a lot. Because every single time it's been a 5 service that's earned a 5 star review. It's a old school mom pop vibe spot. This is the local spot in corning that's a hole in a wall. If your visiting , you have to stop here. If your a local and you never knew about it, it'll be like discovering gold. No other place makes homade hash out here . Hands down if your looking for a Ruben ? Hello get it here. If you got a sweet tooth ? Hello homade pies , muffins and desserts ? Where can you go wrong ? Great french toast and pancakes. Lots of child friendly options too , everyone will find something to enjoy here. Coffee is very good too. It's a simple cup of coffee but a darn good one at that . No bougie cups of coffee here just simply old school at its best. Come and be happy with out breaking the bank or go somewhere else and get mediocre food and service and pay almost double or triple . No trainer come here and be happy.Vegetarian options: There some like salads and stuff . It's limited but there are some options.Parking: Depends on the hours and if it's a weekend or not .Kid-friendliness: Absolutely. Lots of child friendly options. I loved everything about this restaurant. My eggs, bacon and toast were cooked perfect. The waitress was excellent, very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is old fashioned and laid back for a relaxing breakfast. My husband and I went back the next day for lunch. Ditto on the experience. Wish we lived close we would definitely become regulars. Never underestimate the impact you have on others Donna ??
Food, service, price is always fantastic. The decor is really neat and retro. I would recommend to everyone. When I'm in the Corning that's where I go for breakfast. Love the place.

Terrific place to hang with the locals and enjoy a breakfast and her collection of Pyrex. Especially nice if you’re an early riser like we are, and it’s so convenient to our hotel that we’ve gone three times so far.
