So unfortunate that the one Dunkin still standing in Corning seems to be infested with workers who don’t value customer service or basic ethics. I was disappointed to be immediately greeted with horrible customer service to then find most employees following along inside laughing at how their rude female employee is speaking through the drive thru system to customers. Such an easy place of employment yet brings such misery to its employees.

I was so disappointed today with how my order was. I ordered a muffin which I asked to be warmed and it wasn’t! I also ordered a cinnamon roll. When I got my bag I had left the building so I could go to my office. Both of my items were just put in the bag no tissue paper around them! I had to ask for napkins and my muffin was not warmed! How are you supposed to eat something in the car without napkins or even the tissue paper for you to be able to place it down!

Most of the times I've been here the espresso machine is broken or they're out of oat milk. 🫤 But when I finally do get to have coffee, it's not the best, I've had better at the other locations.
