Texas girl who moved to the area and missing all of the Tex-Mex back home. Fiesta Brava is the best and closest thing to Texas Tex-Mex that I've come across so far. The place is now my go-to when I need some Mexican food. Salsa is flavorful and has some kick (thank goodness). Dinners are good sized and tasty. Their rice is so good!, it's a plate-filler in so many other restaurants, but theirs is really good. Service is friendly. Full bar is good. Prices are good. They also have lunch specials. Just a really solid place to get Tex-Mex.
Parking: They're on the busiest street in Corning, so choices can be limited at peak times. Street parking right in front of the restaurant, or additional parking behind restaurant.

Food was decent—my husband and I both had the Combo dinner #12: enchilada, chile relleno, rice, and beans. He asked for verde sauce and was flavorful; I received the red sauce: more sweet than I would like, but still had a decent flavor. Service was friendly and quick. Atmosphere was fine. Bathrooms are left to be desired.
