Grill 1-2-5 and Steuben Bar

I was pressed for time this evening so decided to eat at the hotel restaurant because it was empty and would save walking time. No line up to eat, but still took 90 minutes to have a chef salad. Every single aspect of the experience was slow, and the salmon I asked to be added to the salad was very overcooked. Could have had a faster and better meal pretty much anywhere.

The service staff was the worst I have ever encountered. John, a bartender, was flat out rude on numerous occasions. My family and I have never been treated more poorly by any establishment.I would never recommend this restaurant and if I were you I would avoid it and never spend my money there.

Went on Christmas Eve for dinner. There was a very limited menu costing $60 per person. There were 3 entree choices. I chose beef tenderloin that came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The mashed potatoes were cold and I don’t like asparagus. The tenderloin was covered in a gravy that was tasteless. Wine list was very limited and very expensive. Very disappointing evening

Very frustrating how my wife and I get all the way up there to have lunch, which is supposed to be from 11:00 AM till 1:30 PM, and we are told that the kitchen was shutting down early. It was only a little after noon when we got there

The breakfast I had there was probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in my life. Veggie omelette with potato and bread with their coffee made a perfect start to my day. Wonderful waitress too.

The menu looked good and reviews were good so we decided to eat here. Big mistake. The food was absolutely disgusting. The calamari was so small and with a weird coating. Not crispy. The bang bang shrimp were barely cooked almost raw and had very little sauce. The sliders were an over cooked thin patty with barely a square of cheese that covered not even half the burger. $80 for completely disgusting food that we had to choke down just because we didn't want to waste the money and were hungry after a day of travel.

Always an enjoyable place to go with the family for a quiet dinner. There is always a solid special and some great appetizers. The bartenders are awesome and come up with some great cocktails. Ever tried a sour old fashioned? It had egg whites and Soko so I was not sure at first to say the least. 8/10 would try again.

We were there for the band. It was fantastic. We didn't have any food. I don't drink alcohol but the drinks looked nice. The service was excellent. She was friendly and attentive.
