Overall this place isn’t bad but seems like everytime we come here and go through the second drive thru lane we never get any service and they will serve all the customers in that first lane regardless if you got there first but were at the 2nd lane. Need a better system for drive thru

Restaurant had a funny body oder smell and the workers act as if it's a bother to serve a customer and when a delivery comes in through the store just keep in mind those orders McDonald's don't care about so that's the last orders McDonald's gets around not to mention false advertisement the McDonald's app doesn't charge for condiments but the store refuses to give condiments without charging the customer imagine that store didn't buy the condiments neither did the workers but false info from the app to the store is a joke not to mention when corporate gets informed they to act like children by calling the customer rude names through an email immaturity runs strong through that McDonald's and apparently McDonald's corporate is just as childish Children upset cause of the post should be more concerned about the employees running the place into the ground specially after the remod that took place.

I keep trying to give them a chance but have you totally stopped salting your fries? Last few years the fries are soggy and barely if any salt at all every time.
I came to the store ordered my food called back and let them know that the burgers were not correct because one of them was raw called and they said there was nothing we could do for me because I ate the food and I live over an hour away the way the manager that I called the answer the phone did not do anything to help his customer service at all I will let other people that I know they should not go to this McDonald's because they do not care about their customers at all

DO NOT EVER DOORDASH YOUR FOOD HERE THEY NEVER GET THE ORDER CORRECT EVER!!! THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD JUST PATHETIC IM SURPRISED NO-ONE HAS GOTTEN SICK FROM GETTING SERVED COLD FOOD!!! THEN THEY BLAME THE DASHER WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES MAKING THE DAM FOOD!! LIKE READ THE DAM TICKET OR GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN HOW TO READ!!
I have gone to this location twice and the first time had to get a refund because our breakfast took 30 mins. Like for real? Even if it’s busy 30 mins? Made a mistake in coming back again by myself it is literally empty more workers than patrons and I waited 15 mins for nuggets? Never coming back just go to Burger King across the street.

Today the "White Castle", probably copyrighted, Burger Hack from McDonald's was spot on. Not a Square patty, but taste just the same. Any White Castle Fans out there should order this, a Cheeseburger only extra onions. Order the Bills Mafia Box. Change the cheese burgers to the White Castles and you have a true "Mafia" Combo. Just make sure to get a Coke also to make it truly complete....
