This is the absolute worst drive-through I’ve ever been through in my life. One of the lanes is closed off. The cars were backed out to the street and they are maybe doing one car every five minutes it’s ridiculous.

The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, I ordered food on the mobile order and it didn’t let me say I was here for the order I go in to try to get the food I paid for and they REFUSED to give me the food I paid for tried to say they couldn’t until I said I was here on the app I looked on the app and it said if you had that problem you could go in and get your order. I said something about that and they still refused to give me my order. I have no problems with the painted post McDonald’s but Dennison parkway always gives me problems they are always so rude if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t have applied and decide to work there, I will never go to this location again and I recommend that no one else do either they’ll screw you over on food that you paid for.

This is the slowest McDonald’s in America. They always make you wait; there is no point to the drive through at all, and more often than not, after waiting, there is something missing from the order. If you’re really craving McDonald’s, take the trip to the one in painted post. It will be faster and more consistent, ride time included.

Friendly and convenient but sometimes slow. Food pretty fresh 9 times out of 10.....after having to pull over and wait for it. If dining in at a slow pace, this would be perfect otherwise it's 50/50 with the wait outside. I no longer use these guys for breakfast due to the consistent high wait times. Would use more but hate the wait.

Both of the large fries I ordered in drive through were only half full, the burgers were barely wrapped. For the prices they are charging now, this is ridiculous and this will be my families last time ordering food at this location and maybe mcdonalds all together. This is not the first time this happened, and the quality and quantity keep decreasing. The owners of this location should be ashamed.

The employees set this spot apart from the many many McDonald's around. They are all very friendly and efficient. I particularly enjoyed listening to staff and how respectful and encouraging they spoke. Management is on point!
