Four of us stopped in on April 2nd following a visit to Corning Glass. Our waitress was incredible, I think her name was Jessica. Very friendly, nice and informative. Food was wonderful. We'll definitely be back.

Tonight my boyfriend and I decided to stop in for some "Pig Wings" which are on the menu. We have never had them, and have only researched. We arrived, and to our surprise the place had only only about 10 or so tables. Fortunately we were able to sit at one. It was very small and wobbly, but we made the best of it. The waiter came over promptly. He was very sweet. We ordered the chicken half combo with coleslaw, and fries, and also the Pig Wing combo with tots, and mac salad. Corn bread came with both dishes. We ordered the Pig Wings with sauce, and we were informed that the only chicken left were 2 quarters. Which was fine. The food came fairly quickly. We received two very small breasts with the attached wing for our 2 quarters. Soo small that they looked like they came from a Cornish hen. The chicken was flavorless and very dry. I had to rip it apart and sauce it. The house sauces were tasty but very thin. The tots had great flavor and were crisp, as were the French fries. The coleslaw and mac salad severely lacked flavor. Incredibly bland. The corn bread side....was basically 2 quarter sized muffins! For the "Wings" honestly I don't know what to say really...they are NOT Wings. What we recieved as "Wings" were 5 dry rubbed ribs. I asked about wether or not these were the Wings and the waiter told me yes, and that Wings were essentially just ribs but fried. ... Soo, for those of you who are going for the "Pig Wings" I want to inform you that they do NOT have them. I have included photos below to describe what actual "Pig Wings" are and look like. Overall, we ended up eating only half of our food, spent $70, and left hungry basically.

Best food I've had in a long time and the restrooms were clean!I wish I lived
Nickel's BBQ is one of the best barbecue places we've been. Just really really great smoked meats, amazing BBQ sauces, and some really cool sides. They just do it really well and have great service. The place is small but could fit more people than it does. They do also have a nice beer list and a lot of good whiskeys.
Came in for lunch! Had the Mac Attack and the GGG for the table, and we enjoyed both! Also, they have a nice selection of beer to pair with the BBQ. Seating is limited on the inside, but we didn't feel squeezed in. Nice little spot in the Gaffer's District.

Absolutely wonderful food! I had the Brisket Nachos and they were delicious. The brisket melted in your mouth and the BBQ sauce mixed with the cheese perfectly. I definitely need to go back.Dietary restrictions: They make sure to double check the ingredients immediately regarding my allergies.
We love this establishment! The employees are amazing there. We also hosted a baby shower with a headcount of 90 people, and they knocked it out of the park. The food was still the best quality, and everyone raved about it. Consider them for your next large event and not just a date night out.
Some of the most amazing bbq I've ever had, which is a lot since I'm from the south. The Brisket was so tender it basically melted in your mouth. It was hard to choose a menu item because they all were so good. The loaded tots had an amazing sauce and the bacon tasted like it was just from the pig. They had around 50 different bourbons to choose from and a great atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive and constantly checked in on us, made sure it was ok before he grabbed our plates/refilled drinks, he was also very friendly. All of the sauces were amazing as well. The food did not take long at all and is very worth it, id drive back to New York just for this restraunt
