Today, 11/8 my daughter and I placed a mobile order in the AM to pick up inside. When we got there it wasn't ready BUT the drive thru was backed up to the street and the inside of the store was packed. ALL of the employees were hustling and were so professional! They did an absolutely amazing job of greeting every customer and kept things flowing seamlessly! They worked together as a well oiled machine and I was blown away at the amount of customers they were able to handle! Corning Starbucks employees are simply amazing, and I am actually so happy I had to wait, so that I could witness the wonderful job they all do to serve the community!! Thank you SO much to all the employees there.. you set an amazing example of customer service! ?

Nice, clean store with friendly and helpful staff. Wasn't very busy at the time so my order was up in a reasonably fast amount of time, and my coffee was made correctly the first time. In fact, it was one of the best caramel macchiatos I've had from any of the many locations I've been to. Ten out of ten, I would absolutely recommend ordering from here if you are in the area.
Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant, and they have multiple non-dairy options on offer. I usually get the oat milk. Almond milk is available as well upon request, along with both soy milk and coconut milk.

I’m on a road trip back from Niagara Falls and stopped here for a drink and omg when I tell you this place is full of joy everything about this place the detail in the store the way they have the BEST workers I have ever met they all greet you when they see you come in and when you go out every one has a smile on their face makes everything about this Starbucks so much better
Parking: The parking is very spacious and open there’s handicap parking

Didn't like the way Starbucks is now pressing customers for tip on drive through, even before showing the total amount and bill. What service is being provided on a drive through for asking tip upfront.
The staff at this location were so friendly and cheerful, which made for a wonderful experience! Our drinks were also tasty. Overall, well worth the pit stop! Thank you, Starbucks Corning!

Same generic coffee as in any Starbucks. What people go in for is there expensive sugar. Service was fine. (Although I don't need 4 people yelling welcome to Starbucks when you walk in the door) The big problems with me. A. How long does it take to pour coffee in a cup when you are second in line ...answer 11 mins.... B.I order a small cold brew and it cost more then 5 dollars. I know everything is expensive, but damn walk in and can't leave with a black cold coffee for less then 5 bucks. Ridiculous. Support youe local coffee shops. PS. if you get a Starbucks coffee you can use it for battery acid
