My wife and I were blown away by the Chefs Table experience. Chef Christopher and Josh guided us through the entire 12+ course experience, with little surprises throughout, it was such an incredible experience. I’d normally say this was a once in a life time event, but that’s not true, as we can’t wait to come back and experience it again.

This experience was worth it. The chef is incredibly knowledgeable about all of his products, where he sources them, why he gets them from where he does. He isn’t assuming or pretentious about his skills or knowledge. He’s a true entertainer. You can tell he deeply loves what he does and it shows in his product. My husband and I travel a lot and seek out these types of experiences, FLX restaurants never disappoints.
The price undersells the experience, I promise you. If you love food and wine, if you love people who truly pour their soul into their craft, if you seek out Michelin experiences - you can’t miss this place or the chefs table.
