Dinner at Three Birds never disappoints! From the tasty cocktails to the decadent desserts and everything in between, we couldn't have asked for a better meal or a more attentive server. Each of us had different entrees; beef tenderloin, rack of lamp, sea bass, linguini w/shrimp. Dinners were presented beautifully, each with a tasty starch and fresh vegetables. We were glad we had room for desserts, as the tiramisu, creme brulee, key lime pie, and chocolate pate were excellent. Despite how busy the restaurant and bar were, we were pleased with the pace of service, frequently refilled water carafe, and pleasant ambiance. Three Birds is always our first choice whenever in Corning...we will be back!
Went early so it wasn't super earlier. Wait staff was so nice and attentive. Food came out great
This was a special wedding anniversary dinner with family. Everything was perfect including the children's menu for my grandson. Everything was cooked to perfection including the desserts. The blueberry pie with ice cream was my favorite dessert!
Overall, we had a lovely dining experience. Three Birds was very nice. The menu was varied and interesting. The food was good - a bit short of great with slightly overcooked and over-salted fish dishes and over-salted homemade humus. The drinks were healthy pours at decent prices. The service was mostly attentive. The interior space is very nicely designed and there is a handsome bar through which one enteres.
This is probably the best restaurant in Corning, but this time the food slipped a notch in my opinion
Friendly greeting, pleasant wait staff, excellent food, not rushed. Would definitely return if in the area.
Very pleasant comfortable dining experience. The ambiance and service were quite good. The food was mixed: seafood soup ok, veal tornados very good, pecan crusted pork loin bland, dessert so-so. Definitely not value for dollars.
So much for fine dining. This whole experience was beyond disappointing. I’m being generous with 3 stars because our server was a nice person and the drinks were good. When I made the reservation months ago, I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and that we would like a window table. Neither were acknowledged. The hostess showed one person in the party to a cramped table when it was said TWICE that we needed to wait for another person paying at the bar. She ignored me, so I ended up going back to the bar and showing them to the table myself. Soup came out quickly (btw, what kind of “fine dining” establishment serves a cheap plastic wrapped package of oyster crackers? come on…), but we waited forever for entrees. Bar napkins and straw wrappers (aka garbage) stayed on the table for most of the service until they were accidentally knocked on the ground. I can go to a cheap diner and they’ll take care of table garbage better than this place did. Food was forgettable. Potato mash was gritty russets (has the kitchen never heard of a yukon gold?). Sauces on the swordfish and the lamb feature were weirdly sweet. Also, lobster thermidor is one of the features? What in the 1950s is that about? We were never even offered a dessert menu when the server picked up our plates, so we just asked for the check. For a $142 bill and another $40 at the bar, I expected way better than this. This was supposed to be a special night and it ended up being subpar. Thanks a lot.

My wife and I visited as part of our 35th anniversary celebration. I had made a special request when making the reservation and they accommodated us perfectly, going above and beyond. My wife had the scallops and I had the fish soup and bacon wrapped sirloin. The food was excellent, Miranda's service was exceptional and the ambiance was great!!

Great fresh food, good prices and excellent service
Working out of town and a local me about this place. It was amazing. Food was delicious (beef tips and pierogis and tiramasu), bartender was top notch, ambiance was excellent.
Yummy! Exquisite food, fun atmosphere. Well worth the $$$. Would go back every day if I could!
Great food, friendly knowledgeable waitstaff, enjoyable ambiance. We've dined here many times and always had an excellent experience. Last night was extremely busy and was the first time I would consider it to be too noisy. Still - a wonderful meal!
We have eaten at 3 Birds many times over the years. Something was very off - March 26. They were out of lots of stuff, both alcohol for drinks and primary or secondary ingredients for items still on the menu. My prime rib was both pink and tough at the same time and just looked like a slab of beef on the plate. The waitress was forgetful and did not attempt to resolve the issues. What's up? This was extremely disappointing.
