The staff has noticeably changed within the last year. The older woman working there are nasty as can be. Talking in Spanish about the customers thinking they can’t understand what’s being said.

It's such a tiny place that people are outside waiting, but you don't wait long they are a good team, and they work together and fast. You get your food, and even pick up is quick.

The service is great. This might be the only Dunkin' I've been to where the staff actually brought the food and drinks to our table!

When I went there the place look good until I saw spilled coffee that no worker decided to clean up and stirred it. I did tell them and they were like oh yeah the janitors coming over no need to worry and then when I got up to order was took forever because the workers the workers like tablet broke, I ordered munchkins and they said they didn’t have any so I ordered donuts and the only donuts they had were glaze. I decided to order coffee and supposedly their coffee machine was broken like come on McDonald’s is better.

This DD said their Midnight coffee machine was broken. They offered me regular with an expresso shot. I agreed but didn't want to pay extra for the work around so the young man only charged me for the coffee.I think he made an excellent decision. I would visit this location again.

Its a dunkin
This is the nicest Dunkin’ I’ve visited in a while. The store was very clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Everyone including the manager were all very nice. And the food was fresh and the coffee delicious. Would highly recommend this store over other places for your coffee pick-me-up!

I've been coming here for a little under 3 years almost daily. It's been great until recently. The new weekday manager is frankly, terrible. I've seen her rude to customers a number of times and other employees. Today was the last straw for me, however, and made me decide to write a review which makes me feel gross even doing it.I placed my mobile order and walked in and sat down. It was normal busy, nothing crazy. I sat and waited. And waited. Nothing being put in the mobile order pickup tray. Not being in a rush, I didn't really mind. Kept waiting. Finally the place is near empty and the manager points at me to the other employee "What's he waiting for?". I mentioned my order number and she said "Oh they been sitting here for awhile behind the counter.... We called your name!".Almost every day I come in and order through the app. Everyday they put it on the tray that is literally 4 feet away from behind the counter. I asked why didn't they put it on the tray? "We're busy! And we called your name!". I replied... Annoyed... "I'm looking around and it ain't that busy and what if I came in AFTER you called my name? It's a mobile order".She did not like that response "SIR! SIR! We called your name!" and basically shoved the drinks in my hands.Just say "Sorry about that". That's it. No big deal. But making a mistake and then trying to blame me and give me an attitude about it drives me nuts.To add insult to injury, my wife's latte fancy drink thingy was completely burned. I love the convenience of this Dunkin and I never suggest someone needing to be fired. Well, until now, that manager needs to be fired. She's a jerk. It wasn't a bad day, I've seen her be rude to people a number of times before.I can deal with mistakes. Happens to all of us. I can handle an attitude... We're New Yorkers, it's in the water sometimes. But combine both at the same time really makes me want to just drive to Five Corners and go to the Dunkin or Starbucks there.
