I went to this establishment last night, we sat down and weren’t acknowledged at all. People came in after us and sat down and got service right away. The waitress walked by as if we were invisible. We got up and left again with zero acknowledgement. Will not be going back. I will mention - it was not busy at all and it was clear there was plenty of staffing.

Me and my children were at this pizzeria, A server came up to us and informant us that we were 55 cents short. She so kindly paid for the 55 cent. After we were done with our meal a worker with blue eye shadow and pink hoops came up to us and told us we were 3 dollars short. I was very confused because we were told another pice in the beginning. The women walked away and was talking about me and my family. I am very mad and never coming back.

Food is okay, but they are overpriced.

How absolutely disappointing to have a place that used to so good fall so far. The food is no longer up to the same standard it once held. My last order was actually spoiled (they refunded me) but sorry, to say, the damage is done. Staff seems unorganized and almost as if their heads are in the clouds somewhere. To be honest, it seems like 3 people hold the place together while everyone else just walks around and talks. It was never this way but in the last year, it seems to be the norm. And prices seem to have gone up without the equality of goods and service. VERY BUMMED TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW but this is just what it's come to.

I only went into the pizzaria side, not the full restaurant. But, the service was fast, the pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. All in all, a good little Italian eatery. Sometime soon I'd like to try the sit-down restaurant area.

Sadly the best thing about this restaurant is the parking lot once you open the door it goes downhill from there. Employees have an attitude and definitely don't want to be helpful. The produce is not fresh, not even close. Stale bread also. Pizza is made cheaply, seriously a 2 1/2 inch crust is a bit much. High prices as well, the meatballs were decent though. I don't recommend this restaurant especially the salads. This place must have a captive audience because it is subpar at best.

We ordered for take out inside, a salad and a chicken wrap with fries. It took over a half hour. There were a couple of people there eating already and no phone calls coming in. When asked how much longer after 20 mins of standing there waiting we got a dirty look and told to wait. Usually I dont mind waiting but I had to get my sister to her college class 40 mins away. To top it off, I got sick from this food. Felt like my insides were turning out and couldn't stay out of the bathroom. I prefer the newburgh location for sure. Oh and it was crazy expensive!
