We got the Ciabatta breakfast sandwich.. which was Out of This World!! Double layer of ‘egg’ with perfectly spiced sausage and super melty vegan cheese. Baked goods were also exceptional. Vegan Cinnamon Roll with cream cheese topping was deemed by my wife as… “The Best EVER!!” Beautiful hand crafted custom hard wood bar.. as well as Vintage Concert posters that will take you on a trip back in time. Been there a few times and have enjoyed everything I've gotten so far! The ham egg and cheese sandwiches are my favorite so far. They have the nice fluffy eggs that have the appearance of fake eggs but are 100% real eggs. I really like how this place uses all non gmo ingredients and they of course have vegan friendly and gluten-free options for everything. The cookies are also a delicious option here!! Can't wait to try something new next time!

I don’t often find places that have yummy food AND have options that cater to my dietary restrictions there’s lots of options here! The food has both a great presentation while being completely GMO free with treats that would fit most diets (dairy free, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian)
I recently tried the vegan breakfast sandwich at a Lovin Cup Café, and it was amazing! The flavors and quality were spot on. They also had a vegan cinnamon roll that was out of this world! The café's atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, with friendly staff and nice open space. I will definitely be stopping back when in the area again. Also plenty of non dairy options for the drinks!

Met my daughter here for vegan breakfast and to work together. This place has vegan options. We had the vegan sausage sandwich. It came on on ciabatta bread. It was yummy! The atmosphere is bright with a variety of nice tables to work at. They have vegan sweets too! The gluten free tray was empty, just crumbs left, so I assume those were good too! The service is very hands on - personal! If you're in a rush, maybe not the place to come, however, I am definitely coming back when in the area.

The owner is very personable and nice. All coffee is made fresh even decaf. His take on avocado toast looks as good as it tastes. will go back.
My partner and I were driving from Syracuse to NYC and came across this coffee shop and I can’t give it enough praise. The food was so delicious and fresh and the baked goods were to die for. We had the ham & egg on ciabatta, avocado toast, cinnamon roll and chocolate chip muffin. On top of it all the owner is just a lovely human. If you live in the area or are passing through, this place is a must stop!

I drive by this place every morning on the way to work. Their sign always catches my eye, so we decided to give it a try today. I was impressed! Prices are more than affordable. I especially like the local options. Along with vegan options. The staff was very friendly. A friendly atmosphere. No complaints at all.

We stopped in today for a couple breakfast sandwiches. The avocado toast was amazing and almost too pretty to eat. The ham, cheese and egg sandwich on ciabatta roll was also excellent. Not done yet, we ordered two cinnamon rolls and they were amazing as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for excellent food at a fair price.

I have been here twice and it is a great place to sit and visit. The coffee is phenomenal, delicious homemade treats and a host who truly makes this place hospitable. If you are in for a great place to have your coffee or other morning beverages this is it.
