We ordered a pizza to be delivered as we usually do. It was delivered in a decent amount of time as usual but it was so over cooked it was like chewing leather, absolutely horrible. I stopped down a few days later to let them know how bad the pizza was and to show pics of how horrible it was. They stepped to the plate and offered to made us a replacement pizza at no cost. A wonderful work environment! Good food too- Jodie makes the best meat-lovers and BLT pizzas in Central New York! Perfect place to order from if you’re in a group, there’s so much more than pizza. The honey bbq boneless wings are to die for, and I love the Philly cheesesteaks. Definitely the best pizza shop in Cortland.
