Worst experience EVER! I live right next to Arby’s so it’s a frequent stop . I’m not sure who you have in that place for new staff , but get them in check ! Absolutely no customer service what so ever . The blond tall girl really needs to find another job with the attitude she has.

Why are there no trays available? The lady at the counter said that "they took them away".
It is very inconvenient to try to sauce up your sandwich and get ketchup for your potato cakes while trying to hold onto a sandwich wrapper, with no tray. This is ridiculous.

Great place, Arby's has come a long way since I was a kid in the 1970's. It now looks like Wendy's inside. This location is clean and modern. Great service and food took about 5 minutes to be ready. That's fine as it means food is not sitting around in warmers. The beef and cheddar is fantastic! I could eat two if I wasn't watching my weight. My guest had curly fries and a gyro. All excellent!
