Food was good- my steak was over cooked but still quite flavorful. My mother definitely enjoyed herself- and since it was her birthday, that's all that really matters!

You know I just love the place but was sticker shocked when we got the bill!! Since when do you pay extra for a side?? Times are getting tough, it was my birthday and wanted to do something different but we won't be doing it again that was an absolutely crazy bill for 2 people!!

Our second year celebrating Easter at Carvers! It is a great value and a wonderful choice for a relaxing Easter dinner

Carvers was very nice for Easter Dinner. Be aware however that all meals except 2 do NOT come with sides and the main course alone is quite pricey. Sides are also large family style sides which were not explained to us but our service was amazing.

The staff were very friendly, and gave great recommendations for me being a first time customer. Service was excellent, and the food was made very well.

We're locals who ski and decided to try the spa and restaurant for fun... we could not have been happier with our experience. Our waiter, Tim, was excellent and so was the food!

Great meal! Make reservations to be on the safe side. Everyone was so friendly. Steak, Chicken wings, Chicken, Meatloaf and last but not least the Cheeseburgers were all very good. Would definitely recommend.

Three stars on Yelp is slightly generous. 50% sides good and 50% not so good. Son had hair inside his wagu patty, 16OZ ribeye a lot of fat to trim, other two ribeye nice and trim. Long waits between request responses. Food delivered not hot. Close to 7PM and temperatures dropped everyone was freezing.

Waited 10 min to be seated in an empty restaurant with a reservation. Shrimp cocktail was Walmart quality, bread arrived after the soup. The steak was cooked to the correct temp but was charred and bitter. The lobster bisque saved the meal. Only wish i had bread to eat with it. Do not order a whiskey sour.

Visually impressive, hidden gem with fantastic portion-to-price ratio. A great value.

Minor knocks from my visit: Table wasn't fully clean, food was cold in the middle (breakfast poutine), Brioche is listed as "Everything Brioche" which would presumably have everything bagel seasoning on it, but it just came out plain. Big bummer. The music was a bit too loud as well, but thankfully it wasn't classic rock at least.

Otherwise, it's a great spot with nice ambience, and a non-Cortland County vibe that I look forward to visiting again.

An absolutely amazing dinner. Our server Nichole was so sweet and attentive. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The Brussels sprouts and spinach and artichoke dip were both great. If there were one thing to improve on would be there mashed potatoes, they could be more creamy but the flavor is 100% there. We will definitely be back!
