Server was absolutely great!.... Drinks were underwhelming 8$ for some pink thing that tasted like half a shot of vodka while the rest was sugar water. Same with the mule overly sweet didn't taste much like ginger or lime. Chicken wings definitely not worth the price tag got the inferno was mild at best. Pretzel also not great, greasy with a cold side of mustard. Was originally going to get dinner as well but after the pretzels and the wings and drinks being the low bar that they were. Didn't seem worth the money to be disappointed further. Online menu also very outdated

I've been here a few times now. The food is decent pub style food, and there's a good tap selection. Atmosphere is about on par. I'd take it over a chain for sure, but there's other decent restaurants in town I'd go to first most of the time.

The small one issue I ran into, more than once, is that there's consistently much slower service if you go in on a Sunday afternoon. My guess is that they may cut some staff on Sundays or something, because on any other day of the week I tend to get better service.

When I stopped in with a friend, there was a family/friends gathering for a lacrosse team, busy and loud enough that the server didn't see us right away. The service stands out as one of the best experiences I've had in upstate NY. Great food and big portions, I will definitely be back.

Good food. Nice outdoor patio in the back.

Visited with a group of thirty-six people on a Friday night. One waitress for all of us. She was fantastic. Every order was correct. Food didn't take very long to arrive. She never stopped moving. Only had help from one server who helped her bring the food. As for the food, the Cobb salad was outstanding, and the other food brought to my table looked good, and no one stated that they had any issues with theirs. Very nice place.

My wife and I are long time patrons and stopped in for supper tonight, my wife ordered Bacon Mac & Cheese and It looked delicious. She had a bite and said it didn't taste right like mold or musty. So I took a bite and agreed IT TASTED MUSTY. No management there and they refused to remove it from the bill. WE WILL NEVER BLESS THEM WITH OUR PRESENCE EVER AGAIN.

Gone to the dogs! It took forever to get service. Three gentlemen got tired of waiting and left. Once we ordered it took forever to get what we ordered. Ask the bartender if there was a manager. She had an attitude when we said it's taking so long. One in our group had to go to the bar to ask for ice as our server disappeared. Once our food finally brought out my side of mac-n-cheese wasn't even hot, barely warm. I finally had to ask for water as our server didn't seem to give a shit about taking care of us. Oh in case you are wondering there was only one other table with patrons. NOT BUSY TO WARRANT SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE.

So when Central City decides to shut their doors due to poor service and lack of business due to the poor service I might be interested in buying some of the decor.

1st time back in about 5 years, and they have gone downhill. Menu has been pared down, so favorites like the chicken pot pie are gone. Took 20 minutes for my wife to get a glass of lemonade. Our 1st choice of appetizer was not available, so we had to go with the pretzel sticks. There is nothing to write home about. We ordered a Gouda Burger, Buttermilk Chicken Sammy, and a Cheeseburger wrap. Was never asked what temp we wanted the burgers, and they came out well done. The plate for the gouda burger had so many waffle fries on it. It looked like they were trying to hide the overcooked burger that was served on a stale bun. The buttermilk chicken Sammy was soggy before they drowned it in ranch dressing and another sauce that wasn't on the menu. The bacon on the sandwich was floppy in the middle and burnt on the ends. My side of sweet potato fries were clearly burnt and tasted bitter. Some of this could have been excused if it didn't take an hour for our food to reach us. 3 tables that sat after us got their food, at least 20 minutes before us. Even with 10% off the bill and the sweet potato fries at no charge, our bill was still just short of $80. Service was beyond slow, which for a Friday nice could be understood, but there were 5 tables, an empty bar, and multiple servers.
