This place is absolutely disgusting. Used to go there quite a bit, but it has seriously declined. It's dirty. There's barely any food out even a various times. They open at 10:30, but don't expect anything fresh. It's left over and usually nasty. Went another time around 11:30. Same thing. I love the broccoli and cheese, and we were told just to wait, but they never brought it out. The lady is rude most of the time, and doesn't care. Go somewhere else if you're craving Chinese food

Everything was so dried. There was no food and the lady tells us. The lady told that they were brining more food out, “we should have a sit” , and sat there for 15 minutes just for her to bring out a pan of rice, and lo mein, So my advice would be just stay away from it. Look for other places in the area.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Have not been there in a long time and it used to be a great place. However it's completely run down, the food options are half what they used to be and most dishes were either empty or so dried up they were unrecognizable at 5pm. I can't even believe how dirty and disgusting the bathroom is. Very sad to see how bad its gotten. I will not be going there again.**** Ironically and unfortunately the owners response to this review conveniently left out any mention of the disgusting bathroom and condition of the restaurant but decided to just gaslight me on the food options. ****

Went there today at 530pm when we got to get some food trays were empty or very little in them asked for more to be put out cuz they were open till 9pm and got a handful of rice and that was it. I used to go there alot but not anymore still had to pay full price but left there hungry

We went in to get food around 6:30 pm. Sign said open till 9pm. Better than half the food tray’s were empty or burnt from sitting with no food in them. We did ask for more food to be put out and the older lady told the boys there is no more food to come out. What we were able to get didn’t even fill your plate and was still charged full price. Very unhappy with our customer service tonite. Probably won’t return.

Kid-friendliness: I Went here tonight tonight with my family and two special-needs children. I probably will never ever step foot in the restaurant again and because of the employees, but because of how they handle the rude and rowdy customers. Where it was interrupting my children from eating their supper they were being immature and these are college kids. They are dump stuff all over the table talking about how people were fat you know putting my special needs children when I had spoken to the lady she knows I know I’m just trying to wait for them to leave, I didn’t eat but my boys did but I still paid for the meals. I should’ve just walked out. I would’ve been going to jail. Just totally inappropriate not family-friendly and two boys have learned a new vocabulary

The woman at the cashier is loud and rude. Someone needs to teach her manners. Seriously, dont understand why New York State hasn’t shut down that place. The wasabi was green watered down cake icing. This place is such a good punishment for my children and mother. I wish I live closer so I could punish my family more.This is the one time I missed out on McDonald's. This place messed up chocolate ice cream for gods skake! I wish I could put factions of a star. Giving this place a one star is more generous than giving away a 2 billion dollar winning lottery ticket. I'm surprised they are still in business. I took a picture of the outside when I get home I'm going to p00p and play spot the difference between them. I wonder if the mold of food will get to me first.

The food is plentiful, though limited variety.It is usually dead inside for such a large place.The hard floors, however, are slippery due to humidity around the buffet, and the ive cream is usually nearly empty and crystalline. (Having ice crystals due to being re-frozen).
