Wanted a frozen coffee since June. I wonder when the frozen machine will work.

For the last 5 months, I have not been able to consistently order a frozen coffee from this location. There is always an ongoing issue of either the ice machine, or frozen machine. The day of it being fixed keeps getting pushed back, and my frustration keeps increasing. It takes over 5 months to fix a problem at this Dunkin? The general manager or just Dunkin in general needs to get it together. This is just laziness at this point to not have it fixed.

Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts around the area, they make the worst coffees. The espresso is always weird tasting, They never have ice. Buying a iced coffee from there is hit or miss, The coffee taste either like it’s been sitting there or it’s watered down Immensely. I personally don’t like that. I go here, but I’d live around the area and it’s unfortunate. The milk in the coffee taste weird sometimes it really taste dirty.

Heard about the service to a good friend of mine. Absolutely disgusted! To think I even applied for a job at all with dunkin. I love dunkin coffee but now I don't even feel comfortable going to any dunkin. Learn respect. No reason to cuss at customers. No reason to be assholes. Unbelievable! I won't be going to dunkin again!

Quick and fast for on the go coffee is good as well
The employee assumed my gender . And then when I was trying to correct her that my order was not taken correctly because it was not the right price of my usual order she gave me attitude and was not listening that I was saying my order was not right and that she “ just didn’t charge me for oat milk “ so I asked is the oat milk in there still then and she said no I didn’t make it with oat milk
