Heard about the service to a good friend of mine. Absolutely disgusted! To think I even applied for a job at all with dunkin. I love dunkin coffee but now I don't even feel comfortable going to any dunkin. Learn respect. No reason to cuss at customers. No reason to be assholes. Unbelievable! I won't be going to dunkin again!

The employee assumed my gender . And then when I was trying to correct her that my order was not taken correctly because it was not the right price of my usual order she gave me attitude and was not listening that I was saying my order was not right and that she “ just didn’t charge me for oat milk “ so I asked is the oat milk in there still then and she said no I didn’t make it with oat milk

No answer at the speaker, cars parked in the drive thru lane preventing my exit, waited forever for an answer at the window, then she walked away while I was mid-sentence and couldn't accurately take a relatively simple 2-coffee order. Left out the sugar in 1 coffee. Then told us her life story. What a headache of a coffee run.

Sometimes I order ahead, sometimes I order in the drive thru. Either way I'm always met with great customer service and a smile. Highly recommend this place. They also make my drink right, sometimes other locations are a toss up, but this place is reliable
Vegetarian options: I loved when Dunkin offered the beyond sausage breakfast sandwich!What I get insead is an egg and white cheddar cheese on a croissant. Sometimes if I'm feeling fancy I'll add an extra egg.A multi grain bagel with cream cheese. The multi grain has a subtly sweet note to it.The egg and cheese wake-up wrap is alright but a little dry. Hash browns are also, always a quick option.My go to donuts are: glazed, blueberry glazed, or maple frosted.

Second time I've visited this location. Young man and young lady working were very friendly and helpful. Young lady with black and Red hair was very dismissive when trying to explain how my boss likes his coffee . I belive her words were idk that's how it comes. The other young lady was very helpful and helped me troubleshoot what may be the problem. I will not revisit this location as there is a dunkin in the opposite direction just as close to my job. Maybe she is still in training idk. This Young lady was not helpful at all or pleasant. The other two employees were awsome!
