Food was OK, Dunkin standard. Staff were quick to serve order, but missed all special requests. Brisket/Hashbrown bowl had hardly any queso, served lukewarm. Had to repeat requests. Request to clean bathroom was NOT honored. Manager and staff just don't seem to care much.

MOD swearing from the back, guy with red beard saying this is bullshit , he just wants to go home when the 3 of us walk in.. we frequent DD when in Cortlandville for baseball tournaments, but we will stop at the exit b4 this one from now on

They're pretty slow here honestly. They are often out of things, or machines are out of order. They never try to compensate or make up for when they inconvenience you. Not the best dunkin, that's for sure. Staff is mediocre at best. Sometimes I'll drive to Dryden 15 min away just to avoid this one.

The 4th time I have went to get coffee 7:45 pm to the drive threw 6/25/24. And was told they were out of black coffee. This place is famous for this.so they can get out early. They are suppose to be open till 8 pm. Will be getting in contact with corporate.

If you order any donuts on your mobile pickup order they will not be available when you go to pick up your order so you have to wait 10+ minutes for someone to finally get them for you. Easiest part of the order and it’s always the most difficult to retrieve.

Gave me the wrong coffee then the girl at the window was rude when I told her it was wrong. Her and the lady behind her proceeded to huff and puff and say I ordered a cold brew coffee when I ordered a caramel frozen coffee. Everytime I come to this Dunkin they mess up my drinks.

I live not even 5 minutes away from this dunkin and I have to leave my house 30 minutes before ANYTHING just to sit in this line for no not 10 minutes 20MINUTES everyday! Every morning! Late to work EVERYDAY because I have to sit in this line for 20 minutes! Then to get coffee that tastes like it’s been sitting there to not cooked food . Make it make sense . I also work in food and this is just unacceptable
