We ordered at the computer thing and wanted to buy those cups we sat at the counter for 20 minutes and I needed to tell them no cross contamination bc it is fall season and I'm allergic to pumpkin and strawberries so I went over when all our drink where done and stated this she got mad and snapped and said there is cross contamination for everything that they don't wash there spoons in between uses so I asked if they could remake my drink they had refused note I am deathly allergic to pumpkin and strawberries she got mad bc I asked for her manager then she asked if I wanted her to remake my drink magically she has manners and is nice and more the counters and tables where gross and the bathroom had a used pad stuck on the outside of the trash can I'd have to say this is THE WORST Dunkin I have EVER interacted with and I will be also getting a hold of the head

Iām usually not one to even leave a review but the front male worker was very unpleasant but thatās not what led me to leave this review. It is after drinking over half my cup of coffee and after the ice melted I came to realize there was a bug in my drink. Iām disgusted !

The Dryden location is so slow. 6 workers there and still have to wait for a drink ordered on mobil app
I wish I had a picture but Iām sure youāll know what I am talking about. Their coffee is good (Dunkinā as a company and this location as well) but I am a little disappointed with their Mochas because every time I go to this Dunkinā they tend to NEVER mix it in with the coffee and instead you have to do it yourself. One time; I had to go to a high-school graduation because my friend was graduating and I ran on 5-6hrs of sleep (I think) and asked to go to Dunkinā that way I can get my Mocha, and as weāre driving down the road, ALL THE CHOCOLATE (MOCHA) WENT TO THE BOTTOM, and I was UNABLE to mix it in with the coffee REGARDLESS. I give this 3 stars because customer service seems good! Other drinks I have had at this Dunkinā I never had a problem with, and same with the food as well! Just please mix your mochas.

We ordered 2 drinks and they messed up a matcha latte literally no matcha and burnt coffee. we also waited for like 10+ minutes for just the 2 drinks. Not worth the wait

The staff were unfriendly and rude. When taking my order, the woman didnāt even greet me or ask for my order, she just started at me and waited for me to talk. Very unwelcoming and odd. I ordered the $6 meal deal and I was charged separately for every item in the deal, costing me way more than it should have. When it was brought up, they told me the meal deal only comes with the bacon egg and cheese and thatās why it was charged separately, because I ordered the sausage egg and cheese. In reality, I didnāt even specify which sandwich because when you order the meal deal you already know it comes with a bacon egg and cheese so that made no sense at all. When I was refunded, they were very condescending about it and overall very rude. The store was not busy at all so I really donāt understand what the issue was. Bad customer service.

Absolutely horrible experience at this Dunkinā. From the moment I walked in, Johanna greeted me with the enthusiasm of a brick wall; just stared blankly and practically sighed after each item I ordered, snapping āis that it?ā like I was inconveniencing her byā¦ ordering food at a restaurant.
My girlfriend ordered the $6 meal deal, and somehow they rang it up as $11, charging each item individually. When I pointed it out, the staff acted like I was the problem and was confused as to what I was talking about. The girl handling the refund was beyond rude and condescending, gave zero explanation about when the refund would hit my account, and acted like she was doing me a favor.
The staff here might be the most dysfunctional, slow-moving group Iāve ever seen in any food place. No communication, no urgency, no clue. By the time they finally figured out how to give me a refund, my bagel was cold and the whole experience had drained my will to live. Avoid this place unless you enjoy frustration and cold food.

Food was OK, Dunkin standard. Staff were quick to serve order, but missed all special requests. Brisket/Hashbrown bowl had hardly any queso, served lukewarm. Had to repeat requests. Request to clean bathroom was NOT honored. Manager and staff just don't seem to care much.
