Best bakery in town. I could live off their Itslian flat bread. Beautiful human beings. I nearly destroyed my diet because ALL their pastries are to die for…I can’t even think of one that’s the best, eat them all. Oh, and their pizza slices are AMAZING too. Go give them

12/22/2003 Picked up pizza and it was worse than horrendous...Mushrooms and onions and sausage were all burnt to a crisp, hardly any sauce on the pie and the dough was like biting into cardboard!!! I would never ever recommend this place, not when there are so many other pizza shops in this area that can get it right the first time, every time...preparation time was also ridiculously slow...Less than horrible at the very best .....

The perfect spot when you’re in the need for delicious pastries. Everything was baked to perfection and you can tell they put a lot of care into everything they make here. The Apple strudel was my favorite; so fresh.The best part are the affordable prices and friendly service the moment you walk in.

Walking into East Side Bakery is like stepping back in time. The smell of fresh baked bread greets you the minute you step inside, and yes, it tastes as good as it smells! There cakes, cookies and pastries taste as good as they look. My personal favorite are the Mumsies and I've learned to get there early if I expect to get one because they sell out quick. They're open Wednesday through Saturday and don't take cards so bring cash or your check book.

Ever since i first moved to cortland when i was 8 years old i have always ADORED those chocolate chip cookies and the brownies. i remember always looking for some change so i could walk to the bakery and get me a cookie. still get them to this day now and then and the recipe has seemed to never change. i love that

Everything here is delicious. Can't go wrong with a sweet treat or pizza and wings. I recently tried the medium Stromboli it was the size of half the pizza box and was amazing! The owners are so sweet and kind. Just remember cash or check when you go here!
