We stopped here on our way back to Bingamton after visiting Syracuse. The staff were pleasant and kind, and the wait was decent. Our server was a bit busy so didn't check on us nearly as quickly as I was expecting, but all in all between the food and the service. It was pretty good. If your on I81 and haven't had Friendlys in awhile, stop in and give them a go. You won't be disappointed!

Second time coming to this location while returning from Florida. Very friendly service, food comes out really quickly and tastes great. I had the Dorito cool ranch chopped cheeseburger, and it was a huge mess. To be honest, it would be better not chopped up, but still tasted fine. We also ordered the Philly steak and cheese sandwich.

I gave them three stars because we got charged incorrectly. They were overcharging the ice cream items. We had to have them remove stuff and then they didn't still give us the discount for the ice cream that came with the meal. So we end up overpaying. And we just got tired of telling them to fix it so we just dealt with it. Otherwise they could have gotten four stars

Terrible experience, plenty of staff and few diners. Nobody had any interest in filling my orders for my family. A total waste of time and money. I will never go back. They were rude.

Dirty, nasty restaurant. Some food preparation workers were preparing food without gloves during my visit. Obviously sick, some were coughing with no attempt to cover their mouth or nose. Two employees were observed wiping their runny noses at the food prep area, within sight of the counter line. I won't go back again . I was grossed out. Food was bad.
