Possibly the best cider ever. We were passing through on our way home from Ithaca and stopped at Hollenbeck’s Cider Mill. We’ve been here before, but it’s been several years. Their cider is probably the best we’ve ever had. We also got their caramel apple crumb pie and it was absolutely delicious. This is a great place. A hidden gem.

Pies are incredible. Best blueberry pie i have ever had! Not too sweet. Apple pie is great but not better than the blueberry. I was able to walk in and out quickly. If in the Cortland area you must stop. 15 minutes off of highway 81.

In my opinion Best Apple Cider! Fresh, Crisp, DELICIOUS! Oh yeah and at pick up you can enjoy a warm cup of mulled cider or a frozen slushie! Good service. Nice store with a good variety of apples, house made donuts, fudge and pies and local products including: maple syrup, cheese... So much good stuff! And watching them press the cider is pretty cool! By the way Cider is naturally vegan and gluten free!

I’m extremely disappointed. We’ve been frequent customers of Hollenbecks for over 30 years but this year we won’t be having their cider for Thanksgiving dinner. Today, Wednesday, Nov. 26th, I needed to pick up more cider for the 22 people we’ll be having for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. I looked online to double check the hours of operation today since I couldn’t get there until 5:30. Every place I looked said they were open, at least, until 6pm. However, when I arrived (at 5:34) all lights were out and the place was closed up tight. I had just been there on Monday. There was no notice anywhere of them closing early today. If I had known I would’ve bought more cider on Monday. I guess now we’ll be drinking grocery store cider. So disappointing.

This place has the most amazing grape juice and apple cider. They also have delicious apples and their apples are around half the cost of other farms in the area. Their donuts are great too! Oh and also the cheese curds! You can’t go wrong…this place is definitely worth a visit!!!
