Hollenbeck's Cider Mill has been a seasonal staple since I was a child. Unfortunately, the customer service is not what it used to be! When a customer calls to pick up PREPAID items...next day, (because of life) unable to pick up in the 2 hr window offered. They also had my phone number and did not try to call. I understand day old is not sold and thrown away. I was still trying to pick up day old...again prepaid. The amount of rudeness, claiming the business lost money?? Reordered, picked up....the note on the bakery ticket.. "If she doesn't show she is banned for life!"
Wait! What?? No wories, thank you for allowing me to pick up 2 pies and not charging again, much appreciated. There are other cider mills, sad this is my child hood staple, passed on to my children and grandchildren...We will make memories else where, the amount of rudness is not necessary! So sad!!

Great atmosphere! Smells like heaven. Pies baking... Yum! The pumpkin pie, walnut fudge is out of this world! Can't wait to go back and try the cider donuts!

Got there a little after noon. The pies were fresh out of the oven and filling the whole place with a scent that alone makes the place worth visiting. Many different apples to choose from. The cider slushies are absolutely amazing. Lots of different chesses and sauces to choose from. They do fresh donuts on weekends, but we unfortunately will be gone by then.

Disappointed they offered cider slushies but not cups of cider to purchase. We ended up buying an entire gallon and it was way too sweet for our liking. The inside of the business was cute though.

you could improve by not being a bunch of " karens". we put your place on our family trip lost but are removing due to you " calling out" someone who was promoting your business. this place doesn't allow free speech or free think apparently

Best pies ever! We just had the apple Dutch and blueberry Dutch pies at Christmas and they were so delicious!! We loved how much fruit was in the pies, which gave them a great texture and density. We stop there regularly on the weekend after skiing for apples, cider, tasty doughnuts and other treats. Thank you Hollenbeck’s!
