I always try to find a local place when traveling rather than national chains. I was not disappointed. I had the reuben with fries. It was fantastic and they had malt vinegar. It came to my table very quickly. The price was amazing for the quality. Place was full of locals. Great experience

Hyde's is consistently delicious every time we go. Expect a line if you don't make it early enough because it's worth the short wait to get seated with super quick service and food delivery. Prices are reasonable with good breakfast portions.
Kid-friendliness: With excellent kids breakfast options at a great price, my daughter always leaves happy.
Great little diner! Can get the whole menu all day so maybe the only place in Cortland to get a burger in the morning. It's usually busy, and the dining room is small so plan accordingly.
