Amazing food and service. The restaurant was another level of clean. Hats off to the owner of this place. I had the family meal and it fed my family of three and I had an extra meal for my road trip. Great value and great food.

We have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile and we are now sorry we didn’t go earlier. First off, the casual interior styling and table seating are immaculately clean including the rest room. Service was prompt and very friendly, it felt like family atmosphere right off. We ordered three different meals and we all agreed the presentation, flavoring and portion sizes were outstanding and the pricing was very fair for the home made quality of the cuisine. Many have the misconception that Caribbean food, in this case Puerto Rican, are overly spiced, wrong. This cuisine is flavorful without being over spiced. We most definitely will visit again sooner than later.

This place is Flavor Country, population You. Flavors absolutely explode out of every bite. We had the milanesa and the fried pork, both of which were ss good as anything we have ever eaten (and we ate a lot of different Hispanic cuisine living in AZ for 20 years). This is absolutely authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, and if you don't know the subtle differences from Puerto Rican to Cuban to Columbian cuisines, for example, they will break that diwn for you so you can really appreciate all the subtle differences. We will be returning, and look forward to the new location in Ithaca where I hope they make homemade cicciarones. Yo quiero y'all!

Wanted to go for something different for dinner while visiting my sister, and we agreed on La Bamba—so glad that we did! The service was great, the man at the counter was extremely outgoing and helpful. He gave us great recommendations and threw in an extra soda for us to try on the house! The restaurant was very clean; we loved the atmosphere, and the food was even better! So much awesome, flavorful food, I wish I could have tried more. Looking forward to coming back next time we’re in Cortland!
