Food was OK, can’t believe this has an avg 4.1 rating. We were there on a Friday night, place was basically empty; however, service was slow, very slow. Restaurant itself seems nice on the inside, but unfortunately that’s about its best attribute.

We went to Mangia's for our 45 anniversary and our waitress was Sophia. She was always pleasant with a warm smile. The food was wonderful and delicious authentic Italian food. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had an awesome experience at Mangia Italian Restaurant! The food and service were both great. It honestly felt like we were the only ones there because the service was so quick and attentive. The staff was super friendly and made us feel really welcome.
Chef Fabio made a fantastic Fettuccine Alfredo for me and my crew — it was creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The drinks were great too.
Definitely recommend Mangia if you’re looking for amazing Italian food and top-notch service!

Came on a Thursday night to live music. Excellent waitress Alicia. We have allergies and yet she served us well with gluten free options and no red dyes. We felt blessed by her. The food is always outstanding. I highly recommend the artichoke and the gluten free chocolate cake. This is my favorite place in Cortland. Ofc we will be back and we will ask for Alicia.

This has to be the worst Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Ordered fried calamari and garlic bread as appetizers and they were atrocious. The calamari was barely fried and far from a golden color and the garlic bread looked, and tasted, like it was straight from the freezer. Then, when entrees came, 2/5 of the dishes weren’t served. The other 3 dishes were so disgusting, that after 10 minutes of waiting for the remaining plates to be brought out, we decided to leave. 95% of the food we ordered went untouched because the quality was that poor. The manager decided to have us pay for the drinks we ordered and the half eaten garlic bread instead of being accommodating and apologetic. Not that their rating is that good anyway, but I’m in shock that this restaurant doesn’t have even lower scores. Never again.

When our server, Sophia, realized it was one of our party’s birthday she brought over a dessert for her. Then a little while later, we were treated to limoncello. It was a very nice birthday surprise.

Gave me the wrong food on a 92$ order, called them 15 minutes after pickup said they were too busy and would call back later to fix the situation. Also that was after calling 6 times and getting put on hold just for them to hang up. Next day called again (since they never called back like promised) they said well we can’t do anything now without the food thats policy, after the day prior each person i talked to didnt mention to bring back food they just said we will talk to so and so and call you back. I have photos of the food I got and receipt . Obviousl nect day food is in trash. Very rude. I paid for a service did not get it that is theft. I’ve honestly never dealt with more rude people in my life. They admitted to the mistake but won’t fix it, they did offer to make me a new order if I pay for it, so nice of them. Honestly eat anywhere else these people are not good
