We came tonight on 8/24/2025. My older teenage children had cash and ordered on the kiosk. They stood there for about 8 minutes until a lady from the back rudely yelled and said they can only take card inside the store. There were NO signs saying this. So we went up to pay for their food with our card. They still refused us service. We gave in and re ordered everything and spent money on a card we didn’t have so our children can still eat. We also lost out on points and redeemed items since she made us re order. She was rude, yelling, crying and saying “I quit I quit!!!” She had a total break down. What really ticked me off is another person came in to pay with cash and she accepted his cash but not my children’s cash. Then another one… and again… accepted their cash. She is a middle aged lady with black hair and a little chunky. She is the most rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. Both of my boys were very upset…. Both high functioning autism but not know why they were rejected….

I never thought going to eat at McDonald's that I waited for 45 minutes food was cold. And for the people that work there needs to be replaced or teach them respect. Like having 15 year old.

Stopped by the McDonald’s in Cortland expecting a McChicken, but apparently caught the staff mid-hibernation. One worker was laid out like a chalk outline at a crime scene, and another was kicked back on the bench like they just clocked out of a 12-hour nap shift. I wasn’t sure if I was at a fast food joint or a pop-up nap sanctuary.
At least they’re keeping it fresh—by sleeping in the grass like a feral Snorlax. I respect the hustle, but dang, y’all could’ve at least flipped my fries before you flipped into REM sleep.
Come for the burgers, stay for the sidewalk slumber party. 💤🍟💀

Can somebody tell me why I just went through the drive thru at this store, waited a really long time just to be told to come order at the window. I pull up, order and pay at the first window and then go to the second one to wait for my order and they have a literal 11 or 12 year old running the drive thru window? This is my second time coming to this location and both times all of the food was cold. The little kid working was the last straw. I will not come here again. Somebody should get locked up for having such a little kid in there working. Crazy.

Constantly closing their lobby and their drive through takes almost an hour to get through. I wasted my entire lunch hour trying to pick up food I had placed the order for online because they never have their lobby open and they take forever in their drive through. Absolutely ridiculous

These people are so slow. This is suppose to be fast food but you always wait at least 40 mins for your food. Cold part is I ordered on mobile app but they only take 1 order at a time. And make the next wait until they are done with an order. This place needs new night time management and staff!!!

Drive thru worker was rude,snotty, and seemed like changing a sandwich order was so inconvenient. French fries were inedible..asked for fresh, hot fries. Got cold soggy, stale order....each time this place has the same outcome. I will no longer stop there.....
