Hire more employees please. Real-time review.. I'm writing this while waiting in the drive through.. Saturday at 9pm I arrived to the dining room being locked up so you have to use the drive through.. parking lot is pitch black.. no parking lot lights, no sign lit up.. you would think the place is closed for the night if there was not a line of cars wrapped around the building waiting in the drive through. Just weird and very uninviting. Only one drive through ordering lane is open. Not sure if this common practice on a Saturday night at this McDonald's.. total time in drive through 20minutes 20 seconds to get food.

I'm actually not joking when I give this place 5 stars, this is the only McDonald's around Tonpkins County that gives me a fresh order, my food is always hot and fresh when I come here. The nuggets are a perfect crisp, my fish sandwiches are loaded with tartar sauce like how it should be, and the employees are always excellent. Although they can get busy but they do run smoothly and stay accurate with their orders.
