Lowering my review again. Store closed at least an hour before 10 on multiple nights. One night in particular was on 4/2/2025. This is not even a late night hour where some places are open till 1 or 2 am. If you are not going to be open at said hours then change those hours so others no not have to waste their time.
Changing my review because of some extremely rude staff at 9/26/24 at 8:39pm. We come by randomly and always get the same two burritos but because of two new member we didn’t recognize we were treated rudely and our “homewrecker’s” were made very poorly. Hopefully your new staff gets better training on how to talk to customers. I also work in fast food during rush times and would never have talked this way to a customer. Do better.

Went in to get a taco kit after working and running all day, never had an issue doing so in the store. Female manager was very unprofessional and told us that we had to order it online because they couldn’t do it in store. Stated that they haven’t allowed ordering them in the store for over two years which is BS and essentially said to order online while standing there- what’s the point? She was very rude and unaccomodating. A young gentleman did come from the back to offer to make it but at that point I didn’t even want it anymore. Worst experience in this store which is sad because every other visit has been decent.

Place is dirty and kids are always there running around. This definitely doesn’t seem to be sanitary or professional

Very poor management. Service sucked. Dirty children who can’t be over the age of ten behind the counter seemingly in the way. At one point one of the dirty kids started using or playing on the register. Not sure if this was Moes I walked into or a child sweat shop. Never greeted with the iconic “welcome to Moes”. Food is subpar at best. The place wasn’t very clean. The soda machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, a sticky mess just waiting for fruit flies. Trash cans on the brink of overflowing while employees and managers stand around talking. There have been multiple times I’ve driven by or been in and police cars are in the parking lot. The staff must seem to think drama is more important than running a restaurant. I can’t think of a single reason to return to this establishment. Let the reviews speak for themselves. This location needs to be closed.

I frequently visit this location and it’s always spot on! Upon my most recent visit I did notice some very cool changes! A new salsa bar with all the sauces!!! New color scheme and a new drink machine! Also the tea was back! Just need to bring back plain tomato’s and cucumber!

Terrible food safety/handling. The management thinks they have the right to verbally abuse their employees. Especially with customers present. Its disgusting in there and they need to close the establishment. I also seen someone shooting up in the back then go right back in and work.
