Pizza but sure has changed...not for the better.I hadn't been in some years...guess I won't back. Pity to see a really good product shrink and turn mediocre.

Worst service ever sat for an hr to receive bread sticks and our bread sticks came with our pizza and had to keep asking for our pizza and had to ask for our drinks and our server Sophia was very rude and the tables in the dinning area were very dirty

I hardly ever have any issues with this location but when i do and speak to Joline about any situation, she is always the one to help. She is great with her customers, very nice and friendly, and over all just really great. Thank you Joline for all that you have done.

The waitress was very friendly and checked on us often. The pizza wasn't as good as it use to be. It wasn't crispy , it was on the soggy side. We ordered bread sticks and they were out of them on a Thursday.

When we visited cortlands restaurant today for lunch the waitress was very preoccupied took our drinks down but didn't bring them, we continued to wait.. my fience had to ask for them at the counter only to then find out the lines were down and they had to do 2 ltrs. Which was fine but how about letting us know, pouring and delivering out drinks before calling for the line stuff for 20 mins??? I have to say tho.. the girl Joline who who was cooking she was the only one we saw working hard at her job and the waitress' job as well. Guess we'd better try Ithaca next time ? pretty unhappy..

They never have a driver on time when they open and it's always a 2 plus hour wait, might as well not even open until noon. Then they gave me some nonsense about legally not being able to hold the onion's from my order. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. For what? Mediocre service?

The food was delicious but the buffalo chicken pizza could've had more buffalo sauce on it.. added some from home to top it off.
We are the only customers here and the service is still bad.

The cortland pizza hut on rt.13 is worth 6 stars but hey. Lori's customer service is impeccable and she prepared our food magnificently. By far best service I've ever gotten there. Thanks lori!!!
