The food is deserving of five stars generally, but the last few times I have been the quality is unfortunately lacking. Pudgie's has been my go-to pizza place for over 20 years, but I have been exploring new options recently. My last party pack had way too much sauce and not enough cheese, and the delivery driver dropped one of our drinks without even a sorry. The time prior the pizza was too burnt for me to eat, and more than once my wings were either undercooked or short. PUDGIES will no longer get my business, we've never had a problem until tonight. I placed my order at 4:50pm, got my email that my order was out for delivery at 5:37....I just got it (6:35), COLD, & WRONG. I called looking for a refund, nope will only refund $20 of a over $50 order because we are eating it, because my child was hungry. I can be understanding but I called multiple times with them stating they were only a few minutes away. The OWNER said take it or leave it or wait another hour for food! Absolutely poor customer service on a loyal customer.

I am new here and I called because there's is delivery. I called, someone picked up, said please hold. I was on hold for 5 full minutes. Your loss Pudgies. I got my 3 pizzas from Domino's. Now all the nurses at 2C in Guthrie hospital know you can't rely on this pizzaria.
A local staple here in Cortland with fast and friendly service.The owner is local and checks to ensure the food and value meet your expectations.

I love thing place have grown up going here but the service has gone downhill badly. I know it is almost impossible to find good help. Ordered wings at at 4:10 and was told it be 20 minutes it was 40+ minutes to get my food. When I arrived nothing for my order was ready. Hopefully things will turn around a bit. Just don’t want this to happen to others.
