I honestly usually love coming here but today the lady at the drive thru window was rude. I felt rushed as i was ordering at the speaker and then when i wanted to add something at the window she said “no we can’t do that”, there was no type of accommodation or suggestion like “ if you pull back around or come in store i can help you with that”, basic customer service skills are clearly not taught to workers at this store. I can’t wait for Ai to take over these positions so i no longer have to interact with people who are having a bad day.

Stopped at this Starbucks twice on my most recent trip to Philadelphia (from Western NY). Both ways, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean , even the bathrooms and several customers had been using them. The staff went above and beyond to be courteous to my family on the stop home , fixing my three girls warm chocolate croissants and ice waters. Would definitely recommend this stop to anyone traveling through ! It’s very accessible off the thruway as well !! Job well done , cheers ! :)
