I do not like the staff here they are very rude I tried calling about a specific item there and then apparently they were already called about that item 3 times and hung up very unprofessional was thinking about ordering something different anyways but will not order from that subway again. If you can't handle the job and want to give customers or potential customers attitude leave the job.

Haylee Simmons serves food with no gloves after using the restroom. She brings problems to her own work place thinking someone will save her, she has STDs, hepatitis and scabies and she is touching people’s food BARE handed. The lettuce is brown, the tomatoes are squishy, so much for “eat fresh” would not recommend. The other subway Haylee and her frog mom work at as well?? and her mom pimps her out

This place makes great subs. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. I've been there numerous times and I have yet to have a bad experience. I just got done eating a sub from there and as always it was delicious. Thank you
Vegetarian options: Probably one of the easiest places to go for something quick and easy if you are a vegetarian. I like that you can watch them make the sandwiches right in front of you.
Parking: Easy parking with little to no issues.

I’ve gone to Subway three times within the last three weeks in Cortland on 281 and the toaster ovens been broke down every time. I don’t know how long it takes to fix a toaster oven but that’s ridiculous. Should have a back up.

The place appeared to be clean. Unfortunately, workers appeared very grungy, Also, the food looks like it was poorly kept, There are stories at this place has disgusting hygiene practices. It would be interesting to eat a sandwich at a subway, but unfortunately, this subway is a pass. I live nearby and I cannot see myself eating here after they screwed up sandwiches several times in past, They have added an insane amount of vinegar to the point that I received the wet soggy sandwich, also when I walked inside to order my sandwich, the staff was rude and appeared like individuals who could care less about peoples food.

This place is so poorly run.. the day shift store manager/supervisor sandwich artis whatever.. a D3bb13 Marsha11 , is completely unclean , barely uses gloves half the time, eats food on line , swears and has valgure outbursts, has other employess on edge when their , due to her over reaching alowed pretend authority which she uses to harrass and threten people daily ! Forges temp logs, doctors and forges inventory ( most likely because she is unable to correctly count) cant see well enough to actuly read what amounts go on what subs and because as subway consrantly changes their menue items and portions , she often confuses these things and makes food wrong. Also , she does give away alot of free subs for higher tips ( so of your fine with paying less and giving cash directly to the tip jar) . Also food storage units are so old and outdated they dont pass inspection, All around as some one with first hand knowledge . Be careful with food choice and the atmosphere.. please choice a better place!

I ordered 2 ft long and one six inch sub. I put a special note to have the sauces on the side. However we got no sauces and no mayo on the one we requested mayo on. Ordered a ft long philly cheesesteak with onions, peppers, pepperjack cheese the only thing on it was spinach none of the other toppings. We ordered 6 inch turkey sub which instead were given a bmt with no requested toppings. Also ordered a footlong bmt with American cheese and instead they put provolone cheese. Very disappointing.

The employees couldn’t have been nicer… they were attentive, courteous, respectful and helpful for me in placing a complicated order. In addition, they were quick and efficient!The salad bowl was delicious and plentiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here…compared to many food establishments like them, they, by far, were outstanding! I can’t think of anything that wasn’t exceptional, and I was so impressed and pleased by their excellence in attitude and professionalism! Thank you Subway, Cortland Riverside Plaza
