I got a Cobb salad and I requested crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken and they never cut the crispy chicken at all it was just a chicken patty it’s not the first time it has happened either

It's fast food that is faster then McDonald's... Burgers have flavor unlike the McDonald's... Fries are ok, they were actually hot this time..

I don't want to try to be a victim but unfortunately this Wendys and its other branches are very racist especially their managers with their Hispanic workers who I consider are the ones who do most of the work the food is excellent the service of the Hispanics despite not knowing English they will always try to help you in what they can but when a white lady attends to me she always takes the order annoying arrogant and even a little racist I even remember that I told her workers to learn English that she doesn't like them to speak Spanish between them

I ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget with barbecue sauce for dipping. I have no idea what I got. The nuggets were soaking in barbecue sauce, soft and mushy! Nasty!

Seems to me that they promote blatant racism at this location. For background, I’m white, my husband is Asian. My husband and I placed an order using the kiosks. I went outside while he stayed back to wait for the order as it’s a beautiful day so we could eat outside.

The manager (a white lady) came out with our order and said “Jack?” Which is my husband’s name and the name we used for this order. She immediately pulled it back as he went to take it and asked the white gentleman behind him, who placed his order after us, what his order number is. He said it and she instead went to get his order first. She repeated, “Jack?” for the order still in her hand and again, he was like yup, that’s me! Only once she saw that there was literally nobody else waiting for their orders did she allow him to take it. She didn’t apologize or anything and even missed part of the order so he had to go back and ask for her to get the rest. She handed it to him silently with attitude, as if he had wronged her somehow. So yeah not sure if this is what Wendy’s stands for?

I also noticed she was talking to her Spanish speaking coworkers with contempt. I wouldn’t want someone like that as a boss or as an employee representing my company.

This BS is just frustrating and I can’t believe we are still dealing with it in 2025. Very disappointing.

The workers could not speak fluent English!!!
They didn't ask whether it was for dine in or take out, and they just assumed. It was dine in and we wanted to take out.

Ordered online and requested pickup via drive through. When I got back to hotel with order, we were missing a partial order, food was given to me cold. They were very polite and I gave 1 star under atmosphere only because i didn't dine in.

This younger women in the drive thru was not wearing a bra and you can clearly see thru her shirt... how is that allowed!? Is this a new york thing or am I missing something?

Me and my mother went through the drive threw , ABSOLUTE terrible service that was unneeded and unacceptable, he right off the bat started using attitude whenever we asked a simple question, then he didn’t even say pull up or anything he just stopped talking. This isn’t acceptable at all Wendy’s what happened to being friendly to paying customers, NOT ONLY THAT but they even got our order WRONG after INSULTING US about them menu.

We went thru the drive thru this evening. I have to say they took our order correctly. There was only one issue while I was ordering our second order. The one that was taken our order was mean. That is the only reason I gave a 4 stars.

The self service kiosks weren’t working properly - not taking the rewards. The girl at the register tried to take the reward and was able to work. There was an angry younger guy with glasses who was upset with everything. It was definitely a mess. My son’s chicken sandwich was wrong. Been to more organized Wendy’s.
