Ordered my food at 6:50 on the tracker a driver named Juan left the store at 7:15... At 7:40pm I called to ask where the food was (I live 10min away by Google maps) they said they whould call the driver & me back..(no call) called back at 7:50pm at 8:08 I still did not have my food I was asking for a refund a guy named Rana who was extremely rude and made me feel like a liar. He was saying that Shrub Oak is 25 mins from the store which is complete bs. He kept arguing with me...read full review
