I got a grilled cheese sandwich to go and a cup of coffee. Coffee had grounds so I got another cup. The grilled cheese sandwich was worth the $$ no chips no pickle. I paid $8 for a grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of coffee. Sorry that's crazy ?

Always look forward to stopping at Chief Diner when we travel upstate. Inviting staff, always attentive. I enjoyed an omlet this time with rye toast. Perfect home fries, cooked well with a little crisp, not over seasoned. Great coffee, reasonable prices.
