Did a Pizza trip to Tommy's a couple weeks ago and pizza was average at best and lacked on toppings. Very bland! Tried a couple subs this time and they similar to the pizza, BLAND. Rolls weren't fresh but were kind of doughy. Meats had no flavor which made the subs both very bland and below average! How do you make an Italian Mix sub have no flavor? The sub price was $12 w/Tax also. Overall, its hard to recommend Tommy's :(
We only tried it twice ( had to try again as the first time wasn't bad, but it wasn't fantastic either. ) second time was the same, just okay. Could use small improvement in quality of ingredients, and definitely more toppings for your dollar. To be fair, competition is tough trying to review pizzerias, and there's just brilliant places out there. That being said, they have a monopoly on that particular location, so although not spectacular, it's still appealing....
Nice little country pizza shop. We got an 8 cut, xcheese, meatball and hot peppers on half with 2 small salads. Pizza was very good. You do have the option of getting tavern style which is mozzerella and American cheese on a crisp crust but we just had plain. Salads were ok... nothing special. Service was very good. The girl at the counter was very nice and courteous.
