I'm over Frank's. I used to order all the time for every occasion. Salads, pizza, soups, wedges, trays all delicious. But then, I received a pie with a hole in it, yes you read that right. It looked like a donut. So the next time I went to place an order, another rather large order, I mentioned to the manager about the incident and could he make it right. He proceeded to tell me there was a hole because it got stuck in the oven and pretty much it was my problem. I asked to have Frank call me since he was not going to help and I never got a call. I even stopped by to leave my number in person and I got nothing. So from that day forward, they lost my business.

My wife and I stopped here in Oct 2021 on our way up to Connecticut after a 5 hour flight from Las Vegas to JFK and battling NYC traffic after getting the rental car. After a full day of traveling, she and I were both exhausted and hungry. The restaurant itself and the pizza were absolutely awesome. I only gave service 3 stars because they wouldn’t let my wife use the restroom. I can’t remember why. Overall, I’d come back. The pizza and the staff were both awesome. Nice little pitstop of you’re driving from JFK to CT

Pizza was excellent and the chicken role also , while traveling we stopped in and glad we did , also the cook was very friendly and kind .. everyone please stop complaining about bathroom and go down the road ! … I will be coming back hopefully.
Frank's lost a customer over an order of garlic knots. They were missing from our order and when I called to tell them they called me back and told me they wanted thei security video and that they did give me the knots. I spent $80+tip for my pick-up order and am appauled that they would go to such lengths over a minor issue that could have been easily resolved

I just ate the chicken Parmesan hero and I am in heaven. It was so good that I'm tempted to get a second one, but I will behave myself. The pizza in this place is really good too. Yowzuh!!!
