Most of the Bad reviews given are not related to the food at all and instead relate to mundane occurrences with no relationship to the actual restaurant experience.Needles to say this is my GO TO spot. It is one of the few restaurants that uses extremely high quality ingredients. Along with cooking expertise the resulting culinary experience is definetly one of if not the best in croton falls.If you haven't gone to hygrade you're doing yourself a disservice. And if you dont ask for a recommendation from the amazing family of staff you're depriving yourself of an extraordinary meal.Hygrade market remains on a level of its own. There is a reason it is my go to for a meal after work after all.Dietary restrictions: Chef is very responsive to any alterations needed to food.

Horrific and bizarre customer service. I ordered zucchini sticks for my kids and asked for three forks. And a bag to carry it in. The woman working the register apparently had an issue with giving three forks and a bag. She said and I quote “you are asking for too much”. How would you like my kids to eat the food I just paid for? Her attitude is enough for me to not ever come back to this place. Such a shame. Beware. New ownership must be quite odd.

Stopped in for some quick food before my train. The food was packed in a plastic container that by time I opened on train, the plastic container was melted. The Plastic they put the food in was melted because they never should have put hot food in the type of plastic container they chose. They put flaming hot fried food into flimsy plastic to go containers ?? Even touching the container when I took it out of the bag burned my hands That could be a lawsuit for harm and poisoning if ingested. Also the woman working the front was quite rude and odd. It was like bizarre shoddy NYC service in what is usually quality service Croton. Old management used to be so much better. I'm kind of shocked at the health risk of this. Negligence and lack of care. And waste of money. Patrons beware.

stopped off to grab food for my kids. asked for three forks for my kids and a bag to carry it in. the woman at register said I was "asking for too much" to ask for that. I asked how I should have my kids eat the food I just paid for. she replied "you ask for too much". New ownership of the place has turned quite odd if this is the reaction to someone paying for food and business. How do you expect people to eat the food without utensils and napkins ?

Most pathetic “breakfast burrito” ever. It was a sloppy and watery mess. It was also the smallest “breakfast burrito” ever. I do not recommend this place. Overall food is overpriced, gross, and small in portion size.
Food is INCREDIBLE. haven’t had such high quality delicious food in a long time. Clearly so much care goes into making every single bit of it. Wonderful atmosphere and such friendly staff. I don’t know what you’re doing if you don’t go here!

I've been to this establishment a few times while waiting for train but after they called police on my gf while she was there waiting for a ride for the crime of just sitting on the sofa I will never support them again

Parking: There is a lot of room to park in the front and everything else is also great which makes it even better the best part is the food though but it is the best deli of all

Friends just moved nearby. Came here for dinner and a beer. Burgers, sandwiches, and tacos. Nothing fancy, but everything was DELICIOUS. Perfectly spiced, good portions. Nice selection of craft beers in their back fridge. It's a mixed aesthetic... micr9 grocery, counter service, pub... could do for dimmer lights and table candles.Highly recommend.
