Great Bakery in Croton-on-the-Hudson… Ordered 4 doz cookies and they were delicious. Shop is great with tables to enjoy a pastry and cappuccino or have one of the delicious empanadas for lunch…also a nice patio for warmer weather.

We go into Susan’s several times a week with our 1 year old. The quality is the best in Westchester and they go out of their way for their customers.

I’m a local realtor serving primarily Westchester, Dutchess, and Putnam counties. For a recent open house in Ossining, I picked up some branded cookies from Susan’s Bakery, and they were a huge hit! I had over a dozen visitors and only bought 12 cookies, but it was absolutely worth it. I love supporting local businesses while also giving potential clients a little taste of the community.

We commissioned Baked By Susan to make a couple of Spiced Cranberry Bundt Cakes for a special occasion and could not have been happier with the results. Divine. BBS's staff are always friendly and courteous. A true treasure. 💕

Pale bread. Colorless blisterless bagels. Sandwiches wrapped many times over in wax paper and cling film, ashamed of what they are, forced to endure the brink of spoilage and likely beyond. A sad, undisciplined bakery with standards so low, it begs one to wonder: Where is the joy Susan? Was it ever there?

I will never return.
