I felt like I was actually robbed. 2 small soft serve ice creams came out to $17. I was charged an extra 2 dollars for SPRINKLES. And an additional 2 dollars for chocolate crunchies. Even though the menu online and in the store said otherwise, I was still completely OVERCHARGED. I felt completely taken advantage of and disappointed. I have been coming here for over 5 years and will NOT be returning to this location.

The soft served ice cream was so bad that it gave me bubble guts. They charged me one dollar for a lid and wanted to charge two dollars for extra sprinkles. This is the worst carvel I have ever been to. 0 stars if I could.

On Wednesdays buy one sundae get one free, they only give you 1/2 the amount of ice cream in each cup, so. you are not getting what you are supposed to get! They all do it. Bus SCAM!!!

This is our go-to when we want ice cream. Soft serve, FTW! They're always nice and the service is quick.
We have been customers for many years and noticed a change in the atmosphere and quality when ownership changed hands a few years ago (2021) . It is no longer a welcoming place. The new owner is rude to the customers. He is unprofessional and would not let my young child use the bathroom when asked. I expect more of a small locally owned business. It makes me sad to no longer go there.

This Carvel location now has the Oatly soft serve, which is great for anyone who is dairy-free or vegan. When I went, they only had one flavor (chocolate), and it was very good. I hope they add more Oatly flavors in the future. Easy, free parking in the lot outside. It would be nice if they added a bench or tables outside so there was a place to sit and eat. I will return, as long as they have Oatly.
Vegetarian options: They have Oatly soft serve and hard scooped ice cream, which is oat milk based (dairy free).

What can I say about a childhood favorite except its always tasty and brings back memories of piling into the car to go get a weekend treat! I tried the orange/vanilla Creamsicle in a small dish and we also ordered a large vanilla cone. Service was good , just a small language barrier issue until someone else stepped in to help. Place is brightly lit and clean. My suggestion is just bring extra cash! Carvel is now a treat only a few times a year.$$
