We have been customers for many years and noticed a change in the atmosphere and quality when ownership changed hands a few years ago (2021) . It is no longer a welcoming place. The new owner is rude to the customers. He is unprofessional and would not let my young child use the bathroom when asked. I expect more of a small locally owned business. It makes me sad to no longer go there.

This Carvel location now has the Oatly soft serve, which is great for anyone who is dairy-free or vegan. When I went, they only had one flavor (chocolate), and it was very good. I hope they add more Oatly flavors in the future. Easy, free parking in the lot outside. It would be nice if they added a bench or tables outside so there was a place to sit and eat. I will return, as long as they have Oatly.
Vegetarian options: They have Oatly soft serve and hard scooped ice cream, which is oat milk based (dairy free).

What can I say about a childhood favorite except its always tasty and brings back memories of piling into the car to go get a weekend treat! I tried the orange/vanilla Creamsicle in a small dish and we also ordered a large vanilla cone. Service was good , just a small language barrier issue until someone else stepped in to help. Place is brightly lit and clean. My suggestion is just bring extra cash! Carvel is now a treat only a few times a year.$$

I bought delicious carvalanche peanut butter for my husband and cookie dough for my son. The ice cream was delicious.
Ice cream was absolutely delish. Recommend to anyone passing by this area if they are in the mood for a big, hearty dessert.

this carvel is a rip off they never give me proper change when i buy ice cream. the owner is racist and abuses his younger staff. i do not know how he is open still. when it comes to the ice cream it it tastes watered down compared to other locations. something is really off about this place and i will never go back.

We went late so it was quiet. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The store was clean. I love their Peanut Butter Sundae! Definitely would return the next time I'm in the area.

Ordered a cake online. When I arrived at my scheduled pick up time no one was in front. The guy then saw me and came up. No apologies or hi. I told him what I was there for. Asked if there was writing on the cake I ordered. I said yes and he told me he didn't work yesterday. No idea but clearly needs a class in customer service. First and last time here.
