What can I say about a childhood favorite except its always tasty and brings back memories of piling into the car to go get a weekend treat! I tried the orange/vanilla Creamsicle in a small dish and we also ordered a large vanilla cone. Service was good , just a small language barrier issue until someone else stepped in to help. Place is brightly lit and clean. My suggestion is just bring extra cash! Carvel is now a treat only a few times a year.$$

this carvel is a rip off they never give me proper change when i buy ice cream. the owner is racist and abuses his younger staff. i do not know how he is open still. when it comes to the ice cream it it tastes watered down compared to other locations. something is really off about this place and i will never go back.

We went late so it was quiet. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The store was clean. I love their Peanut Butter Sundae! Definitely would return the next time I'm in the area.

I went for the buy I sundae, get one free as is every Wednesday. I said "2 medium sundaes" then gave the flavors. The owners are Chinese, which is fine, but there should be some basic language requirements. She gave me 2 large cups and charged me $17.95. I said I wanted 2 medium sundaes. She said the flavors you want don't come in Sundaes. I said you should have told me that when I ordered. So my buy 1, get one free turned into a robbery.They robbed me to make up for their winter inactivity.I will dispute this with my credit card company, and write better business.

I wanted to get my girlfriend a late night snack and the owner agreed to stay late so I could make it in time. Super nice guy and it was sincerely appreciated. It's Carvel, it's good. And they do it as well or better than most.

True form of discrimination.I went to Carvel today. As I walked in, a customer was being handed a shake and being asked to pay. He also asked where the closet gas station was. No one was answering him. So I told him where to go. I then asked for a medium vanilla cone with cookie crunch and then was about to ask for a shake. Before I was able to utter another word he rang me up and told me to pay first. Interesting he did not ask the person in front of me. Well maybe since I am Spanish and the other person was not. I just got the cone and said nothing to this man. But stay away from a place that makes you pay first based on what you look like.

Ordered a cake online. When I arrived at my scheduled pick up time no one was in front. The guy then saw me and came up. No apologies or hi. I told him what I was there for. Asked if there was writing on the cake I ordered. I said yes and he told me he didn't work yesterday. No idea but clearly needs a class in customer service. First and last time here.

This Carvel needs to check itself before it wrecks itself. While I understand that prices have gone up, the serving size has gone way, way down. Our cones were so minuscule I thought maybe she hadn't heard me correctly and given us the smallest size -- nope! Sure did get charged for the larger. Honestly we loved coming here but the downgrade in serving size is really a turnoff.
