I came today this store and before I purchase coffee I told can you make please fresh coffee she told me yes. After payment she didn't make fresh coffee I tell her please make fresh one she not fresh coffee for me and her behaviour so rude.

The gave me my donut like this today. I did not look until I got home, but the worker gave me the bag with icing caught on the outside and I knew something was off.
Worker was overall dismissive / seemed distracted despite me being the only customer in the store.
Normally better than this, I'm dissapointed.

I really like this Dunkin but was extremely disappointed by how I was treated by the management here very recently and wanted to share my experience.
I came here in December after their remodeling was finished and ordered some breakfast when I noticed they were having a lottery for free coffee for a year.
Surprisingly, I was lucky customer #41. I was given a paper voucher and was told to come back at any time. Unfortunately I returned on 3 separate occasions, and each time was told to come back the next day to speak to someone else. On the 4th day, I was finally told that they would not honor the voucher as they had given out too many.
I am obviously frustrated that they did not honor the voucher, but more importantly, I am upset that I was treated so rudely not once, but the 4 times that I had gone back to ask.
Not the same experience since the opening after the recent renovations. Latte maker broken today and not good tasting latte in previous visits. I have been going out of my way to the other Croton DD where the latte is consistently made properly. Staff have good intentions and helpful but the coffee quality isn’t the same.

So this morning was my 3rd visit and on all 3 visits they either game me the wrong ingredients to my iced coffee or they forgot about my order and took way to long for just an iced coffee, they need to get more organized and maybe more staff.
