Rosarito Tacos & Tequilas

Everything is overpriced. They charge an outrageous amount for the elote corn, which is probably my least favorite elote corn that I've ever tried. Super disappointing. There are only two tacos that are any good, and that is the steak taco and the shredded chicken taco. The other ones are pretty crappy, including the shredded beef... I had the most disgusting experience where they basically put one giant piece of fat in my taco. That experience is why I will probably never eat here again. I've ordered a few times, as I said the only tacos that I enjoyed are the ones that I mentioned. Everything else seems like a total waste of money. Do not get the empanadas if you plan to eat them later, they absolutely do not hold up.

Restaurant owner- it was a mistake to chop up your chicken into small diced pieces for your chicken taco. It's dry and flavorless and the chicken falls all over the place when you're trying to eat it.

A Hidden Gem After a Long Hike!

This was our first time here, and my wife and I were blown away! The ambiance is amazing—cozy, inviting, and full of great energy. The menu had so many tempting options, but the chimichanga stole the show—absolutely delicious!

Big shoutout to our server Katterin—she was professional, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food tasted truly authentic and hit the spot after a long day of hiking.

100% we’ll be back—this place is a must-try!

We recently hosted our daughter’s First Communion celebration at Rosarito’s, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience. The service during the event was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious; our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the dishes! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Rosarito’s provided the perfect atmosphere and care that made this milestone memorable. We’re so grateful and would highly recommend them.

Use to be good not anymore

Katherine is absolutely amazing. The food was amazing and fresh! If you are looking for great Mexican food and a welcoming atmosphere please visit this restaurant.

The service is excellent, and as for the food, I’ve only tried the chiles rellenos—loved them so much the first time that I haven’t ordered anything else since.

We had them cater a birthday party for us. The food was excellent and customer service was spot-on. Highly recommend the steak tacos.

I had a wonderful experience at Rosarito! The food was genuinely authentic, bursting with flavor and reminding me of traditional Mexican dishes. The margaritas were some of the best I've ever had—so refreshing and delicious! What really made our visit memorable was our waiter, Guillermo. He was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on and truly enhanced our meal. I left feeling satisfied and happy, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend this place!

No lie, food was great and on point. But their service is really slow and took them a long time to bring out entrees and appetizers. When we pay the bills, they charge extra $10 dollars if you not paying cash which i think it’s illegal.

I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to write this review. This restaurant is a staple in our rotation because the vibes are right, portions are large and food is consistently delicious. We don’t drink but our friends who do also rave about the drinks. IMO This place doesn’t get enough love for what it is, and I hope they never change.

Lots of parking. Waiters are friendly. The food is very good. The only bad thing is that food always comes out cold. We have to ask them to please reheat, but it is ok because the deserts are to die for, super delicious. Fair prices.

Excellent service, Guillermo excellent service

Rosarito's is our new Thursday night date night place to go to. Katherine, the bartender is so wonderful and friendly. The margaritas are delicious, the food is amazing, and everyone there is so friendly. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming and there has not been one dish that we have not enjoyed.

Fantastic Service from Guillermo!

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Guillermo, and he truly made our dining experience unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, he had us laughing with his quick wit and charming sense of humor. Not only was he incredibly funny, but he was also kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.

Guillermo’s work ethic was just as impressive! He was always on top of things, ensuring our experience was seamless while still taking the time to engage with us in a way that felt genuine and warm. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such an easygoing and entertaining personality, but Guillermo does it effortlessly.

If you’re lucky enough to have Guillermo as your server, you’re in for a fantastic time. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be hoping to have him again! Thanks for making our night so much fun! The food was delicious!!
