Probably one of the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Very rude staff (managers at least). Always wrong orders, undercooked food and rude service. When they were doing construction on their drive-thru earlier in the summer they removed the cones at night (there was a drop right by the door). My wife fell, & dropped all the food. The manager was quite literally leaning out the drive-thru window watching and still was rude when we went back in and nearly didn't even at the very least give a refund. If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly, drive across the street to Giant food mart to get food instead.

We’ve always had good service and pretty quick when we stop in through the Drive-Thru when we’re in the area. The workers are generally friendly and efficient and the food and drinks are fresh and tasty.
AND they finally fixed that awful parking lot! Wooo!

Most all McDonalds are going down hill, most notable is the employees attitudes toward the customers as if the customer is bothering them and going inside is even worse because they just look at you and walk away when you are waiting to order at the register. They are trying to force people to order at the kiosk or online. If you don't want to take orders at the register I suggest you close the inside registers and counter and lose all the customers that like to be served by a human being rather than a voice in a box or an app on their phone. Lose the attitude McDonalds employees !

Ordered 2 cappuccino. These are priced more than anywhere else 10.61 for the 2. As usual they didn't put the vanilla syrup in them and they are two thirds full. The manager is standing there filling her face and talking instead of making sure the products come out right. She is actually talking to the employee making these. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE.

So we ordered thru the self service terminal and no receipt printed out. We get our order ( a Big Mac meal large). The ff weren’t even half way full, we went to counter and asked for more fries. The girl working took the ff from us, dumped them in the trash, got us new ff, which were awful, cooked very well done. Also when we filled up our drinks, there was no ice in the machine. We had to ask them for a cup of ice. When leaving, went to throw our trash out and all the waste baskets were full.
I can understand if they were busy, but it was pretty quiet. 3:00 on a Monday afternoon.
