We stopped for a quick dinner and half way threw my son had a hair in his burger. I went up and it ended up being the managers hair. I'm sorry but you work with food put a dam hair net on. No one there was wearing a net with long hair or anything. This is not ok do better. Be careful what you eat there.

Very busy. Ordered 2 frozen cokes in the drive thru, pulled forward to pay, nobody at the pay window, pulled forward, got accused of cutting the line (which I DID NOT DO), took my money, waiting for them to bring my drinks, could hear all staff arguing with each other, then got told pull forward and wait, waited again for about 5 minutes, never brought our order to us, gave up and left. Why for just 2 frozen cokes. Out $4.32. Won't back again and I live local. Terrible.

Well I can see why there rating in a 3.3. Ordered snack wrap and while I opened it, it is definitely been sitting around for a while. It was extremely dark brown and greese running out of it. Took it back in to get it replaced and got attitude from an employee and the manager. Who Both would not give me their names.
Absolutely the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. Disgusting! The staff didn't acknowledge our existence as we stood at the register. When my husband went up to the counter for ice tea, not only did the 2 people standing there not acknowledge him again.... once they finally did, they said getting ice tea instead of a fountain drink is a different price...what???!! That's a new one. Pass this place by! Dirty and obviously have zero understanding of customer service.

Left out a couple of items, did not have an ordered item (offered substitute). Did not apologize for leaving out items. Fries were old and not salted. Main items were fine though, and service was fast. Disappointing, but ok.

The way chicken nuggets were supposed to be made. Always my go to! The fries can be a hit or miss. But the nuggets make up for the fries.
