Third and final time the burgers on the mcdoubles are not even on the bun. Have brought this to management , no difference. Eating on the road is difficult enough , without the burger falling out of the bun. Plus french fries are ALWAYS cold

Fries were COLD and HARD, the burgers were overcooked and ordered an Unsweetened Tea and ended up with a sweet tea. When my mother in law went to go tell them about the wrong drink the employee there gave her an attitude. Will NEVER go back, highly recommend nobody going there!

We stopped for some warm fast food. My chicken sandwich has heavy mayonnaise and no lettuce. We are a double cheeseburger with lettuce and no lettuce on burger. Fries were cold. I went to ask the staff for some lettuce and the person in the back swore there was some on there and I stood there and showed them. They gave me lettuce on the side we ate and left. We will never stop there again. Very disappointed in this stop.

Consistently luke warm to almost cold food at this place. Also higher prices of any other McDonald's in the area. Went to drive thru today, burger was cold. I was already on the highway when I found out. Called the place, and the person wanted to argue with me that it has to be the cheese they just took out of the cooler!! I'm like no, the whole things is cold, like cold cold!! "Do you want to come back?" Nope.
Waited 17 minutes for food. My order was on the screen then off. I asked why it’s not ready and they told me they serve the people on the car line first. Then I walked outside came back in and she gave me my drinks. Still no food. I asked what’s the hold up and she said fries take 2 minutes. I said what… it’s been 16 minutes. I said two minutes , it’s been 16 minutes. Another girl said if i wanted a refund ! As the food’s arriving. I said no I have to feed my grandson. Nasty workers … especially the one with the blue hair !

Came through drive through around 8 and did not appreciate the service I’ve received from one of the workers!! I do not know her name but she has mid length blonde hair and blue eyes. She continued to close the door as I was trying to ask for what I was missing. And then was arguing with me! Long story short rude ass employees
