Can't tell you about the food. Line in drive thru was crazy long. Went inside, waited 5+ minutes and NO ONE was working the counter and people were just complaining while praying maybe someone would even acknowledge everyone and say, I'll be with you in a minute-- even if it would be a lie. This location used to be run tip top. There must be either new owners or new management. Won't ever go back. Left with nothing and went down the street to another establishment.
As soon as you state you are not using their app, attitude and service charges. Not just at this site any McDonald's. Older folks, such as myself, are not tech savvy and we don't have the patience we used to. All we wanted was x2 small ice cream cones. 20 minutes and $5 later we exited the drive through. Next time I'll go to the store instead. For the same amount of money I get a half gallon of ice cream and a box of cones. McDonald's is no longer concerned...
