This place has a good vibe. Very cool inside nice bar area and a spacious dinner area. The service from our waitress (one of the twins) was excellent! She was awesome and treated us a large party perfectly. The food was excellent appetizers, soup and entrees were all delicious. The one negative part was the drinks. I ordered the old fashioned, it didn't have any fashion at all very watered down. My wife ordered a martini, it came with ice in it…martinis never have ice first! Second no alcohol in it either. To the owner and bartenders I’m paying for the alcohol make the drinks right or don’t make them. Giving 4 stars for all the positives. Order beer or wine my suggestion.

Service and the food has gone downhill over the years. EDIT: we stopped going after a few years. The place is under new owners and management. The service and food are much better than what they were

My family and I have been coming here for years, for birthdays and other family events. Never have we ever had a bad experience, until tonight.
The worst incident was with my clam chowder. Before placing my order I'd asked our waitress if there was any meat in the soup, as I do not eat chicken, beef, or pork, and she assured me it did not. There was in fact bacon in the soup. I threw up because of it, and received no apology from our waitress. I complained to the manager, received a free meal, but was disappointed to hear that the soups are always the same. Our waitress, who's been working there a year at least, should've known better.
They also served us dry coleslaw, with no sauce or dressing (is that not what makes coleslaw different from raw cabbage?) and cold creme brulee. They replaced the coleslaw upon request, but we didn't even bother with the creme brulee. We also waited an absurd amount of time for our food. 👎

Incredible restaurant. Service is excellent. The atmosphere is great. And the food is amazing. I had the best pork chop I've ever eaten! Hanging Bacon and the Pretzel appetizers were out of this world! Moonwinks sits at the top of my list for restaurants in the Allegany/Catt County area.

Delicious! We go here almost every weekend since new ownership has taken over. They have kept some of the best staff members and the best menu items. My new favorite is the Japanese style Sesame crusted Ahi Tuna and wonton appetizer! And Wendi makes the best margaritas, we always order the pitcher. Live music 3 nights a week, I think, at just the right sound level. Highly recommend!!!
